Episode 01 – Good Medicine
David explains what the daily life of the gnomes is like. He tells about his job as a doctor and the time he saved a goat who had swallowed a wire and a badger that had a splinter in his eye. David also tells that the gnomes have enemies, the trolls.
Episode 02 – Witch Way Out!
Lisa becomes worried when David doesn’t come back home. He was removing a thorn from a deer’s hoof, but hadn’t come back. On the way home, David tells that there are many stories about supernatural creatures in the forest.
Episode 03 – David to the Rescue
David is called to Italy to treat a gnome girl. She had eaten a strawberry that had been sprayed with pesticide. The only plant that can cure her is the Shining Begonia. David travels to the Alps to find the flower.
Episode – 04 – The baby troll
The episode starts with Lisa explaining about the clothes gnomes wear. She mentions that David is out helping two deer who have their antlers locked together. David has to saw through the antlers to break them apart so he can continue his journey.
Episode 05 – Little Houses for Little People
David explains how gnomes build their houses. The entrance of the house is under a tree, with a tunnel leading to another tree. Later that night, David also has to remove pine cones from the throat of another deer.
Episode 06 – The Wedding that Almost Wasn’t
It is wintertime in the forest, and David and Lisa are going to a friend’s wedding. David explains that trolls love to ruin weddings, so the gnomes had already set up some clever traps. Oh! what a great adventure they had this time.
Episode 07 – To Grandfather’s House We Go
David is expecting a visit from his granddaughter, Susan. In a deep part of the forest lives a real witch with her cat. Once the witch leaves for the day, her cat goes wandering in the woods. Lisa goes to pick up Susan, and they meet a friendly porcupine.

AVID starts off by talking about their industry, beginning with ceramics. When DAVID calls SWIFT in order to help an animal that is sick, he finds out that has been poisoned and is in very bad state. He cures his faithful friend and gives a lesson to HOOLEY.

DAVID tells us about the plants, how they learn to distinguish curative plants from the poisonous ones. Isn’t this a wonderful skill to learn? LISA’s sister comes for a visit, bringing DAVID as a present a copy of a magic scalpel that belonged to their ancestors. DAVID decides to recuperate the original scalpel so he goes to the Himalayas to visit MAHABIR PANDAY. He can inform him with his magic mirrors where the scalpel is.
Episode 12 – Happy Birthday to You!
David tells about the childhood of gnomes, using his friend Harry and his family as an example. David tells about Harry’s children, Billy and Belle, and the way children grow up. It is also Billy and Belle’s birthday, and David takes Susan to the party. On the way, he helps a mother hen learn how to keep up with her chicks.
Episode 13 – Gnome Olympics
KLAUS and DANY return to Greece to attend the gnome-olympics. The gnome-athletes that are taking part start to have problems while they are taking part on the event. Of course, the TROLLS are behind all this. KLAUS thinks of a good way to get rid of them. What a great adventure they will have during the games.
Episode 14 – A ride in the forest
While DAVID and a group of gnomes are busy building houses for the birds that were left without nests during the last storm, ANA MARIA and HANS go to take a ride on SWIFT. During the ride, SWIFT is caught on a trap. HANS goes to get some help and he in ends up in the river about to drown.
