The library is open to every sincere reader. These terms are the few simple agreements that keep it that way.

Agreement
These terms apply to your use of gnosticlibrary.org and everything published on it (the "library"), operated by Gnostic Library ("we," "us"). By using the library, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
How we handle your information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Using the library
You are welcome to read, listen to, and download the works in the library for your personal study and practice. You may quote short passages for teaching, commentary, or discussion, with credit to the author and a link to the library.
- Do not sell, resell, or charge for access to material taken from the library.
- Do not republish whole works, programs, or collections from the library on another site, channel, or app.
- Do not use automated tools to copy the library in bulk, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not present the library's original material as your own.
The works and their rights
The library gathers the writings, lectures, and recordings of the great esoteric masters so they may be studied and preserved. Rights in each work remain with its author or rights holder where those rights exist. Inclusion in the library does not transfer any rights to you.
Our original material, including the guided programs, journal entries, editorial notes and introductions, cover designs, and the design of the site itself, belongs to Gnostic Library and may not be reused without permission.
If you hold the rights to a work
We take the rights of authors and their estates seriously. If you believe a work appears in the library without permission, write to books@gnosticlibrary.org with the title, the page address, and the basis of your claim. We will review it and remove the work where appropriate.
Spiritual study, not advice
The teachings, programs, and practices in the library are offered for spiritual and educational study. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you apply them in your own life.
The views expressed in each work belong to its author. Their inclusion does not mean the library endorses every statement within them.
Other services
Some audio and video in the library is played through YouTube or Spotify, and some pages link to other sites. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The Lunar Transmission
If you subscribe to the Lunar Transmission, you agree to receive it by email. You may leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any transmission or by writing to us.
Membership
Member accounts are not yet open. When membership begins, these terms will be updated to cover accounts, payments, and member-only material before any of them are offered.
Disclaimer
The library is offered "as is." We care for it carefully, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or complete. Texts drawn from older editions may contain errors of transcription, which we correct as we find them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gnostic Library is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the library will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the library grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the library after a change means you accept the updated terms.
