The Two Words That Built Your Life

Every reality you have ever lived began with a quiet sentence inside you. Two words you spoke a thousand times without noticing.

The Two Words That Built Your Life
There are two small words that have shaped every moment of your life. You have said them more times than you can count, often without noticing. I am. Two syllables. The most powerful sentence you will ever speak.

Most of us say them carelessly. I am tired. I am behind. I am not enough. We hand the most sacred phrase in any language to whatever passing mood is loudest in us, and we wonder why the world keeps handing it back.

Neville taught that I am is the name God uses for Himself in the burning bush. Not a description. A declaration. A creative act. When you say I am, you are not reporting what is. You are choosing what will be.

Every time you say I am, you are not describing yourself. You are creating yourself. The world has no choice but to follow what you declare.

Today is the first day of the program because nothing else can be built until this is in place. Before you imagine a new life, you must first remember that the one who imagines is divine. Before you assume a new self, you must first know that the assumer is the source of every reality.

Try this, slowly: sit somewhere quiet and say I am. Just those two words. Do not finish the sentence. Let them sit on your tongue like a prayer. Notice how the body responds. Notice how something inside you straightens, settles, remembers.

This is the work. The rest of the twenty-one days is just learning to use this carefully. With Love,

Dr. Athena ❤️
