Practice Of The Cross

The cross is formed by two pieces of wood. The vertical wood, which represents the masculine phallus — active or positive force, the generating element. The horizontal wood, which represents the feminine yoni — passive or negative force, receptive element, or that in which one creates or disintegrates. The cross is the symbol of the sexual union.

The Practice of the Cross and What the Cross Symbolizes

The cross is formed by two pieces of wood. The vertical wood, which represents the masculine phallus — active or positive force, the generating element. The horizontal wood, which represents the feminine yoni — passive or negative force, receptive element, or that in which one creates or disintegrates. The cross is the symbol of the sexual union.

The Three Crosses

The Cross of Life

Symbolized by two crossed beams of wood. This is the cross of Birth.

This cross symbolizes the Forge of the Cyclopes — the sexual work. For there the initiate must temper himself on three opportunities: creating his Solar Bodies in the First Mountain; the Bodies of Gold in the Second Mountain; and the Bodies of Light in the Third Mountain.

With this cross we create our internal bodies, one by one, vertebra by vertebra, wisely utilizing our creative sexual energy.

This practice is of mystical type; it requires much Concentration, Imagination, and Will in the work we are doing. In this practice we must not supplicate for death, since the mystical forces would mix with the revolutionary ones and a third force would result.

The Cross of Death

In this cross we see an initiate dying during the practice of sex.

Above his head, the mantram IN-RI: Ignis, Natura, Renovatur, Integram (the Fire Incessantly Renews Nature).

This cross shows us an Initiate dedicated to psychological death. In these instants of infinite felicity, the initiate, concentrated on his Divine Mother, asking her forgiveness, repentant of his errors, supplicates her to eliminate the defects he has already comprehended — to apply the creative Fire to them for their total disintegration.

This practice is of revolutionary type; it also requires much Concentration, Imagination, and Will in the work we are doing.

With this practice the initiate goes on eliminating detail by detail, in order to be able to resurrect.

The Cross of Love

This is the cross of Golgotha.

It is symbolized by the cross of Saint Andrew.

It is the symbol of the Sacrifice for Humanity; it represents the work we do for humanity. This cross at the beginning is light, and to the measure that one advances, it goes on becoming very heavy.

All the Consciousness liberated through psychological death must be carried to put it at the service of humanity. Likewise, all the forces and powers we awaken in the process of birth must be utilized to serve humanity. For Love is in the works.
