• 7. In some I-s we see the process of psychological death, and others are thrown into the Abyss.
• 8. The work on the large I-s makes part of the black mercury become white.
• 9. The work with the little details makes the sulfur appear, fecundating the mercury (Fire of the votive candles).
• 10. When the defect is fully comprehended, the red mercury appears and the river of blood is seen.
• 11. The single ones who have no partner go on leaving the pile of bones for when the dog arrives, that he may eat them.
• 12. The lustful I-s impede Concentration, imagination, and will.
• 13. The process of regeneration begins with the disintegration of the defects we know we have.
• 14. We shall attain greater sexual potency.
• 15. In Alchemy, this process is called “whitening the brass.”
