For the Few

A brief and demanding book by Samael Aun Weor addressed explicitly to the few who are willing to walk the path to the end. It covers the resurrection, the suns, the spheres, the Mexican Omeyocán, the future of the Movement, the key of the triumphant, and the master's personal experience with the goddess Minerva. An intimate text, without concession, for those who have already decided.

About For the Few

For the Few is a book from the late years of Samael Aun Weor's public teaching. The title is not ornament: it is warning. The master writes knowing that the vast majority of readers will not be in condition to receive what the text delivers. And for them he does not write.

The chapters are brief but dense. The Resurrection as the real fact of the adept who has completed the work. The Suns of the cosmos as mirrors of the inner Central Sun. The Spheres as geography of the work in different dimensions. The Mexican Omeyocán as point of contact between the Aztec tradition and the universal Gnostic teaching. The Key of the Triumphant as the recipe of those who have reached the end. The Experience with Minerva as intimate testimony of the master.

It is a book of conscious minority, not of mass readership. Read it slowly, in silence, and apply it. If after reading it you feel it was not for you, you are not mistaken: it simply is not your hour yet. It will be when the inner decision is fully made.

For the Few

I must perform the healing of the astral body; it has been affected by the going out or secretion of the germs of the I’s. I need to heal even the smallest filament that composes the astral body, because the germs of the I’s leave great marks.

Chapter One: MORALITY

Morality is the slave of customs and of epochs.

It is also a daughter of places…

One must speak of revolutionary ethics.

Mexico, D.F.

Four thousand years ago I was born in the land of the Pharaohs.

I have seen, in the year 1975, my dead body like a skeleton.

I must perform the healing of the astral body; it has been affected by the going out or secretion of the germs of the I’s. I need to heal even the smallest filament that composes the astral body, because the germs of the I’s leave great marks.

The germs of the I’s have the forms of worms and various infinite forms.

On January 13, 1977, I had the mystical experience of ascending along a rugged path, full of mud and human excrement. There were abysses everywhere. Upon my shoulders I carried a great bundle with a small stopper which uncovered from time to time, from which fleas emerged that lacerated all my flesh.

I felt fear; I retreated a little, but I said to my Inner Father that I was going to continue my Christic initiation, cost what it may.

The fleas were the symbolism of the criticisms which humanity made against me.

I need to ascend with Pistis Sophia to reach the 13th Aeon. In the 13th Aeon one arrives at a state of the Being where it is no longer necessary to occupy oneself with oneself, and one can dedicate oneself fully to humanity.

I know that great triumphs await me, even though I find myself alone on the path toward the Absolute.

I have always asked myself: Why must I depend upon fatality?

To help humanity is right; but to demonstrate my powers is not right.

Do not depend on the ideas or concepts of others, because within yourself lies wisdom.

Meditation must be correct. The mind must be exact. Logical thinking and the exact concept are needed so that the internal senses develop absolutely perfectly.

Every incoherence, every lack of logic and of mental equilibrium, obstructs and damages the evolution and progress of the chakras, discs, or lotus flowers of the astral body.

To investigate in the superior worlds, logical thinking and the exact concept are needed.

When the Ego is annihilated, the optional processes of the mind disappear. Option is the emission of a concept with fear that the other may be the true one — and this indicates ignorance.

Nirmanakayas are those who have renounced Nirvana out of love for humanity and the Great Work.

Sambhogakayas are those who have three degrees of perfection.

Dakini is an astral woman or fairy whom the Epoptae deliver.

Dharmapalas are the astral Magicians of force.

Every truly positive vision must be totally corroborated by the concrete facts of the physical world… “Truth does not depart from human nature.”

If that which we consider truth departs from human nature, then it cannot be truth.

The great Kabir Jesus of Nazareth would never have advised his disciples to be as wise as the serpent had the latter been a symbol of evil.

I felt fear; I retreated a little, but I said to my Inner Father that I was going to continue my Christic initiation, cost what it may.

Chapter Two: THE RESURRECTION

He who has died has no reason to die; even the venom of vipers does not harm him.

The Intimate Christ kills death with death, and He resurrects in the initiate and the initiate in Him.

A resurrected Master is a mutant. His body becomes elastic because his body remains re-incarnated — that is, it returns to being of the same primitive matter.

The Tree of Life — the ten Sephiroth — remains under the complete control or flux of the resurrected Master. In the process, all the bodies are elastic.

The precious Diamond with which Solomon polished the precious stones is the Philosophical Stone.

To accomplish the Great Work great art and great patience are needed.

In seven scales the entire Work is made, and the nirionissian sound of the Universe is acquired.

Family ties belong to time. One must liberate oneself from affections. One must see all as equals; for oneself, no one should be a stranger.

The Being has no kinships. The Being is cosmic.

Once the Ego is dead, the family abandons one; one remains, neither alone nor accompanied — alone in plenitude.

All relatives belong to time and are lost in time.

To believe that one deserves everything is an absurdity; we deserve nothing…

One must change one’s way of being with greater severity, so that there may arise within us the savage Psychology of the Super-Man.

There must be created within us the capacity of the dynamic property of proposing oneself as a motive of reflection.

In esotericism, “to give oneself the lash” is to discipline oneself.

Super-discipline and the perfecting of the physical body must be attained through Naturopathic Medicine.

Each of us has, deep down, some integrating principle…

Right effort is, in itself, the fundamental objective of the Being…

Comprehension is the evident self-reflection of the Being.

In the atomic hells, we must disintegrate the cadavers of the Ego with electric force. We must never wait for time to disintegrate them.

Karma creates bodies. Never again create physical bodies; they are vulnerable, exposed to old age and to death.

Self-authority is not possible when one does not possess true authority within oneself. How is one to possess authority if one is not master of oneself?

Presently, the human mind is degenerated by that of the concept. Every concept emitted is the result of what others have said, of what has been studied.

Self-concept is based on experience and on one’s own way of thinking.

Krishnamurti indeed has self-concepts because he has never read anyone.

Gurdjieff’s teachings are incipient.

Self-action can only be possible when one has the Being within.

Existence, persistence, and tedium of the I — reflect!

The I is a simple, absurd position in the infinite…

The point becomes a line, the line a surface, and the latter a body. Substitute the I for the point, and you will begin by not understanding creation.

Reflect upon the seventh seal of the Apocalypse.

The Intimate Christ kills death with death, and He resurrects in the initiate and the initiate in Him.

Chapter Three: ON THE SUNS

The Astral Equatorial Sun is located in the Pleiades, because the physical sun that illuminates us and gives us life is the seventh sun of the Pleiades. Such a Sun unifies and coordinates the Pleiades in their totality.

The Polar Sun is the basic center of our nebula and of its hundred thousand suns.

The Central Sun links and coordinates all the galaxies, suns, worlds, moons, etc., of this our infinite.

Around the Sirius Sun revolves the entire Milky Way with its hundred thousand suns and millions of worlds; but the Polar, spiritual Sun, located in the superior dimensions of the cosmos, coordinates the activities and movements of the whole galaxy.

The Central Sun, or Intergalactic Center of this infinite, governs the whole of our infinite with its hundred thousand galaxies and millions of worlds and suns.

The Universe is sustained by music.

Chapter Four: ON THE SPHERES

The spheres and luminaries extend through the Teuhtlampa.

The infinite is quantitative, though necessarily spherical.

The spheres multiply outwardly and inwardly, both in the infinitely great and in the infinitely small.

The infinite is reversible toward the navel that lies in all quantifiable points. Everything springs from the Omeyocán; everything returns to the Omeyocán.

Chapter Five: ON THE OMEYOCÁN

In the Omeyocán there is only wind and darkness.

The Omeyocán is also called, due to the wind and the darkness: Yoalli-Ehecatl.

In the Omeyocán the infinite stillness whirls before the manifestation of the Solar Logos.

The Omeyocán is the cosmic navel of the Universe where the infinitely great bursts into the infinitely small, in reciprocal whirls.

The Omeyocán is the Tloque-Nahuaque, it is the nocturnal tempest of all possibilities.

The Omeyocán is the navel where the Diverse becomes Universe.

The Omeyocán is the Lord of the Night, the black Tezcatlipoca who denies himself, bursts forth in Light, and is born into the Universe which Quetzalcóatl, the Solar Logos, fecundates.

The famous Nahua suns of Mexico — that of fire, air, water and earth — allude to the geological catastrophes of planet Earth.

Chapter Six: ON THE FUTURE

Modern people have lost their capacity for wonder.

The people of this epoch are not profound; they like the superficial. They believe themselves capable of laughing at every civilization.

Morality is the slave of customs and of epochs, and is also a daughter of places… One must speak of Revolutionary Ethics.

Religious forms preserve the eternal values, and these are organized in accordance with the psychological and historical necessities of each people, of each race. All religions have the same principles, the same eternal values, and differ only in form.

The Gnostic-Rosicrucian sages know the systems of investigation of the East and of the West.

We Gnostics investigate the worlds of the beyond with the systems and methods of the Hindustani Yogis. We study the physical world with the methods of Western investigation. Both systems complement and harmonize one another to give us in the future a new culture and a civilization highly mystical and formidably technical and scientific.

The man of the future will put matter at his service.

The machine will be there to serve the collective, and man will not be a victim of the machine.

Medical science, Astronomy, Technology, Aviation, Industry, etc., will liberate the spirit from the slavery of material work.

The man of the future will enjoy the powers of clairvoyance, and yet will have gigantic scientific and technical advances. He will be highly spiritual and marvelously intellectual.

The man of the future will enjoy illuminated intellection.

Jesus the Christ placed the intellect at the service of the spirit.

Illuminated intellection is the intellect at the service of the spirit.

The great error of materialists is, precisely, to believe that the real needs physical phenomena. But the spirit is as real as matter, because at the end of all the two are energy.

Matter is as sacred as spirit. Physical matter and sacred spirit behave dialectically correlated.

With an integral culture, with spiritual, social, and scientific foundation at the same time, we could radically change the present situation of the world.

We need a new revolutionary pedagogy, whose only objective is to make us conscious of what we already know.

Instead of retaining in our mind a decadent and degenerated culture, we need to reeducate ourselves.

We must seek the direct wisdom of the archaeological documents through the majestic science of meditation.

Knowledge is extracted directly from the stones.

The ancients knew nothing of Paleontology or Paleontography, and yet they have representations of the monsters of the Carboniferous and Mesozoic times.

From the Euxine to Kashmir one must seek the origin of this Aryan Race. The Hebrew Garden of Eden is a reminiscence of the Adhi-Varsha of Lemuria.

The Garden of Eden upon the Euphrates became the College of the astrologers and magicians, the Aleim. How hard is the path that devours millions of spermatozoa for a single fecundation! Fecundation and caducity turn out to be opposites…

The result: the antithesis annuls that path with the force of caducity, the force of time, the fecund Caducator…

There is a great law of the Great Equilibrium between waste and the minimum balance: the Arcanum A.Z.F.…

The objective reason of the Being is the Great Corrector, the Great Rectifier of universal waste…

We must place the Law of the Balance between waste and the minimum balance…

The path of the domestic home is a gymnasium of the will.

One breathes a gas charged with oxygen, but one cannot breathe Light…; nevertheless, there are men who breathe Light.

It suffices to join meanings together for unthinkable concepts to result.

If the Logos sprang from amid the unknowable divinal, the Devil gave it freedom…

We need to fill the inexhaustible purse of great possibilities. The inexhaustible purse of possibilities has the form of a spiral galaxy…

We must seek the direct wisdom of the archaeological documents through the majestic science of meditation.

Chapter Seven: THE KEY OF THE TRIUMPHANT

In the biorhythm of life everything is expressed based on the Law of octaves.

During this biorhythm, at Mi-Fa the first crisis appears, and at La-Si the second crisis.

The key of the triumphant lies in overcoming the crises based on the development of the capacity to sustain the notes, and in following the three steps: election, change, and decision.

Chapter Eight: EXPERIENCE WITH MINERVA

I found myself within a Lumisial to perform the sacred invocation. At the center of the Lumisial was hidden a triangle sustained by a column.

I invoke Minerva; the stone of the altar shines, and at the center appears the face of Minerva, and she answers:

“I am Minerva, the goddess of wisdom; what do you wish of me?”

“Wisdom!” I answered.

“For what do you want wisdom?”

“To help humanity.”

Minerva kept a profound silence, and only her blue eyes remained suspended in the air. Then I understood: Silence is the eloquence of wisdom.

When she withdrew, only the triangular stone remained, sustained upon the column of stone.

It is obvious that one must crystallize within oneself the three primary forces of nature and of the cosmos, which derive from the Holy Okidanok, omnipotent and omniscient.

Unquestionably, the most holy Okidanok was represented by that column upon which the triangular stone was sustained… I have spoken!
