PROLOGUE

Kabbalah is the science of numbers. Numbers are living entities. We can combine them through superior knowledge to benefit from their effects.

Our decimal metric system contains ten numbers ranging from zero to nine; each one has its power and corresponds to a Sephirah. The student may see in the Tarot known to the Gnostics, where the twenty-two Arcana figure with the meaning of each one. There the Gnostic student brethren can clearly see in the first ten cards the Sephirah corresponding to each number and the name of each sacred letter.

The ten numbers of the decimal metric system are formed of two geometric figures, thus: The Circle which represents the Infinite, and the Cross which represents the four states of matter — Fire, Air, Water, and Earth. When we place the cross within the circle, the ten numbers of the decimal metric system are formed. The student can make that circle by drawing it and placing two diameters in the form of a cross; then he will observe that all the numbers remain in the same place where we see them on the dial of a Clock.

That is: The one is composed of one part of the infinite and another of the matter — that is, the diameter that descends perpendicularly and a small part of the circle at the top; the two is the same, but instead of continuing perpendicular it deviates at the center toward the right, to the east, the side where the sun rises; then it contains a small part of the circle and two parts of the cross. Then comes the three, which is formed by the semicircle and an entry at the middle of that semicircle into the matter, and it lies on the clock face just like the figure that the student has before him.

The four is formed by two parts of matter joined by a quarter of the circle, and is formed as engineers draw the number four. If we also close the entire cross on the opposite side with another semicircle, an eight remains — that is, the double of the four — and both remain on the clock-face. The eight is constructed in the same way, with two parts of the circle, one above and one below, and two parts of matter; thus the student can see all the numbers and can always derive them by use of the clock analogy. They will have a doubt about the four, but yes, it comes out in the said figure; one notes the reverse when it is extended to form the eight.

The study of this book also requires acquiring the Tarot, which is obtained in Colombia, where the General Director of the Movement, whom every Gnostic knows.

The Tarot cards help to guide the student in his private life and function marvelously in the hands of the “Chaste” — that is, of the Gnostics who practice the Arcanum A.Z.F. Those who are outside of chastity cannot manipulate our Tarot and therefore waste their time, functioning only with the intellect or any of its other functions. In the Tarot you will find the corresponding information on how it works; this is information written at the end when the cards are cut, and examples are given to orient the beginner theurgist.

Knowing how to handle the Tarot and with the knowledge contained in this treatise, the student is saved from falling into many errors and can wisely direct his own person, as well as those persons who depend on him. Example: A person is offered a business and does not know if it will go well; he can go to his altar, and if it is not within his reach, then where he is able to inform himself, avoiding the curiosity of outsiders. There he asks his Innermost to orient him, shuffles the cards, and draws one; if in that card danger is announced, he should not get involved; but if the card drawn says, for example, “Good business,” “Good Luck,” it is indicating to him that there is no fear. If the card drawn confuses him, neither should he do it.

The Gnostics may also inform themselves through the system of the seven fifty-two-day periods which, when added, give the 365 days of the year, lacking one day because the sum only gives 364. Each of those fifty-two-day periods, counted from the day on which we have our birthday, gives us the key to commercial life, thus: The first fifty-two-day period serves us to initiate everything we wish — a business, a journey, marriage, in short, everything that ought to be begun.

The second is also good, but less than the first, and serves for everything related to paperwork; the fifth is good; the sixth is extra good, and the seventh is bad for any business.

The student will place the days of the months, dividing them into fifty-two-day periods until ending the Seventh; in this simple way he will handle the chariot of his life and will be able to earn his living without so many complications, as does the one who has to study hundreds of school texts and learn by heart millions of definitions to respond to the questions of those who invented them.

Here we will give you the key of sexual magic! What more do you want? Let us see the relation existing between the Sephiroth and the first cards of the Tarot.

The seven planets of the solar system are the seven Sephiroth, and the Triune spiritual sun is the Sephirothic crown.

These Sephiroth live and pulse within our consciousness, and we must learn to manipulate and combine them in the marvelous laboratory of our inner Universe.

These ten Sephiroth are:

KETHER: The balanced power. “The Magician” of the first Arcanum of the Tarot, whose primitive hieroglyphic is represented by a human being.

CHOKMAH: Wisdom. The High Priestess of the Tarot. The hidden wisdom, the priestess. The second card of the Tarot. The moon; the primitive hieroglyphic is the mouth of the human being.

BINAH: Intelligence. Planet Venus. Third card of the Tarot, the Empress. The primitive symbol is a hand in the attitude of grasping. These three Sephiroth are the Sephirothic crown. Then the seven inferior Sephiroth follow in the following order:

CHESED: Jupiter. The divine I, Atman. Primitive hieroglyphic: a breast. The fourth card of the Tarot: Mercy. The plate of the Emperor.

GEBURAH: Severity. The fifth card of the human being. The Pope or the Hierophant of the Tarot: Mars, the warrior of Aries.

TIPHERETH: Venus of Taurus, beauty, the love of the Holy Spirit, the buddhic body of the human being. The sixth card of the Tarot. The Lover.

HOD: Mercury of Gemini. The chariot of the Tarot. The seventh card and the eternity of the whole.

NETZACH: The justice of the Arcanum. The eighth card of the Tarot, Saturn: Victory.

YESOD: The Sun of Leo. The Ninth card of the Tarot. The Hermit. The absolute.

MALKUTH: The entire universe, Mary or Virgo, Nature. These ten Sephiroth live within our being and are our solar system. The Tarot is intimately related with esoteric Astrology and with initiation.

ARCANUM X (10): It is the first hour of Apollonius, transcendental study of occultism.

ARCANUM XI (11): It is the second hour of Apollonius. Force. The abysses of fire. The astral virtues form a circle through the dragons and the fire (Study of the occult forces).

ARCANUM XII (12): Third hour of Apollonius. The serpents, the hounds, and the fire. Sexual alchemy. (Work with the Kundalini.) Sexual Magic.

ARCANUM XIII (13): Death. Fourth hour of Apollonius. The neophyte shall wander at night among the sepulchers, shall experience the horror of visions, shall give himself up to magic and to Goetia. (This signifies that the disciple will see himself attacked by millions of black magicians on the astral plane; those tenebrous magicians try to deflect the disciple from the luminous path.)

ARCANUM XIV (14): The two urns “divine magnetism and human magnetism.” The superior waters of heaven. During this time the disciple learns to be pure and chaste, because he understands the value of his seminal liquid.

ARCANUM XV (15): (The electric hurricane.) Typhon Baphomet. Sixth hour of Apollonius. “Here it is necessary to remain still, motionless, on account of fear.” (This signifies the terrible test of the Guardian of the Threshold, before which much courage is needed to overcome it.)

ARCANUM XVI (16): The blasted tower. Seventh hour of Apollonius. The fire comforts the animate beings, and if some priest, a man sufficiently purified, steals it and then projects it, and if he mixes it with the holy oil and then consecrates it, he will succeed in curing all illnesses by merely applying it to the affected part. (The Initiate sees here his material fortune threatened and his businesses fail.)

ARCANUM XVII (17): The Star of hope. Eighth hour of Apollonius.

ARCANUM XVIII (18): The Star of the magicians. Ninth hour of Apollonius. The astral virtues of the elements, of the seed of every species. (Study of the Minor Mysteries, the nine arcades through which the student must rise.)

ARCANUM XIX (19): The resplendent light. Tenth hour of Apollonius. “The gates of Heaven open and the human being emerges from his lethargy.” This is the number ten of the second great initiation of Major Mysteries, which permits the Initiate to travel in etheric body. This is the wisdom of John the Baptist.

ARCANUM XX (20): “The awakening of the dead.” Eleventh hour of Apollonius. The angels, the cherubim, and the seraphim fly with sounds of wings. There is rejoicing in heaven; the earth awakens, and the sun that emerges from Adam. This process belongs to the great initiations of major mysteries, where only the terror of the law reigns.

ARCANUM XXI (21): Twelfth hour of Apollonius. The towers of fire stir. This is the triumphal entrance into the boundless bliss of Nirvana, where the Master clothes himself in the resplendent garment of Dharmasaya — or else renounces the bliss of nirvana for the love of humanity, and becomes a Bodhisattva of compassion. He becomes a savior of poor suffering humanity, one more wedge in the guardian wall raised with the blood of the martyrs. Samyak Sambuddha, Master of perfection, renounced the nirvana for the love of humanity.

The perfect Buddhas, clothed in the glory of Dharmasaya, can no longer help the human being or humanity, because nirvana is forgetfulness of the world and of human beings forever. The Bodhisattvas: Kuan-Shi-Yin, Tashisni, Buddha, and Christ radiate their light upon suffering humanity.

We now initiate this Secret Course of Kabbalah. We will study the 22 “Major Arcana” of the Tarot. This course will therefore consist of 22 lessons. We hope you will have patience and that you will be tenacious. Study and practice, and you will arrive at the Great Realization.

We will study the First Arcanum of the Tarot. We will enter the Sanctum Regnum of High Magic.

Chapter I

Chapter Three: ARCANUM I

It is represented by The Magician. On the head of the Magician appears the Holy Eight, sacred symbol of the infinite. This sign encloses, defines, and links the magnetic currents of the Higher Mind (consciousness in sleep) with those of the Inferior Mind (consciousness in the waking state). Such a sign joins or separates all the elements governed by atomic energy, if it is traced with the middle, index, and thumb fingers on the surface of the cardiac plexus.

Practice

In accordance with the foregoing description, this exercise is suggested: Withdraw from your mind every kind of thoughts; quiet the mind, calm the thought; now imagine the “Holy Eight” in the graphic form here represented:

And let this figure submerge itself into your consciousness, and go to sleep. Then place the mind blank, without thinking of anything. Thus, after a certain time, you will “Awaken Consciousness in the Astral Body.”

Now, if one considers the formation of this sign, the continuity of a single arm is striking, which closes a double circuit in the first stroke, while in the second it only closes one, deviating in the other, so as to project itself outward after cutting the Sign at the very point of its central crossing.

One closes and the other opens. It is then, this key, the one required to open all doors, to cut all the currents formed by atomic energy, from the one we have imagined and deposited in the depths of consciousness, to the one originating from all, which circulates in the same form at the center of the “Ninth Sphere.”

Now, to overcome with these resources the risks proper to every astral experience and to obtain a rapid, at once perfect “exit” is, among others, a more than sufficient reason for the Sacred Order of Tibet to be able to affirm in its motto: Nothing Resists Our Power.

The disciple, moments before lying down to perform this “practice,” must invoke with all his heart and with all his soul the Great Regent of the Sacred Order of Tibet. The name of the Great Guruji is “Bagavar Aclaiva.” This Order, which we have the high honor to represent here in Mexico, is the most powerful of all the oriental tradition. It is composed of 201 members; the High Council is formed by 72 Brahmins.

Papus says in his «Elementary Treatise of Occult Science» that the true initiates of the Orient are those attached to the Secret Sanctuaries of Brahmanism, since they are the only ones to give us the real Key of the Arcanum A.Z.F., thanks to their knowledge of the primitive Atlantean language, WATAH, fundamental root of Sanskrit, Hebrew, and Chinese.

The Sacred Order of Tibet is the genuine depositary of the Royal Treasure of ARYAVARTA. (This treasure is the “Great Arcanum.”)

Bagavar Aclaiva will help you “go out” consciously in astral body. Invoke him when you are meditating on the Sacred sign of the Infinite. On any night you will be invoked from the Temple of the Himalayas. There you will be subjected to “Seven Tests.” There the Secret Science will be taught to you.

Now, let us return to the initial point, after this digression. The “Holy Eight” symbolizes the Caduceus of Mercury and represents the two ganglionic cords that esoterically wind around the spinal medulla, and which are: Ida and Pingala, the Two Witnesses, the Two Olive Trees, the Two Candlesticks that stand before the Throne of God on the Earth.

Through the Cord of the right ascend the “solar atoms”; through the one on the left ascend the “lunar atoms.”

These solar and lunar atoms rise from our seminal system, the Fire of Phlegethon and the Water of Acheron, intersecting in the “Ninth Sphere” forming the sign of the Infinite.

F plus W equals C — Fire plus Water equals Consciousness.

Whoever meditates on the Sign of the Infinite will use Fire and Water to “Awaken Consciousness.” Now we understand why the Two Witnesses of the Apocalypse have the power to Prophesy.

“And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.”

These are the Two Olive Trees and the Two Candlesticks that stand before the God of the Earth, as we said.

Now, the quantity 1260 is added kabbalistically thus:

1 plus 2 plus 6 plus 0 = 9. Symbol of the “Ninth Sphere.”

The Ninth Sphere is Sex. And the Two Witnesses have their root in Sex. Those Two Witnesses, Ida and Pingala, are the fine ganglionic channels through which ascend the solar and lunar atoms of our seminal system, up to the “Chalice.” That Chalice is the Brain.

Fill your Chalice, brother, with the sacred wine of Light.

Now it is explained why the sign of the Infinite appears upon the Head of the Magician, and before him are the Swords, the Cups, and the Pentacles, and he grasps in his hands the “magic wand,” which symbolizes the spinal medulla.

When the “solar and lunar atoms” make contact in the coccygeal bone, the “Kundalini” awakens — the Fiery Serpent of our magical powers. Then we are Devoured by the Serpent, and we will become Excellently Divine Magicians.

Chapter Four: ARCANUM II

Let us now study the magic equilibrium in the second Arcanum of the Tarot.

The physical body is organized with the elements. The INNERMOST emanated from the inner Star that has always smiled upon us. And it is positively polarized. And the physical body is the negative shadow of the Innermost.

Spirit and matter live in eternal struggle. When the spirit conquers matter, he is already a Master. Maya (illusion) could not exist without duality. Force and matter are two modalities of one and the same thing: Energy. Matter is determined energy and a determiner of new vibrations. Evolution is a process of complication of energy whose result is the Macro-Cosmos and the Micro-Cosmos. The universe is Maya (illusion). The Universe exists by Karma and is a mass of floating shadows.

When the Spirit (the Innermost) frees itself from Maya, it returns to the AIN SOPH of the KABBALAH. In final synthesis, each Being is only a super-divine atom of absolute abstract space. That atom is the Ain Soph.

The ineffable gods of the AIN SOPH are for us beyond all comprehension. The human mind is, for the gods of the Ain Soph, what the activities of the mineral kingdom are for us. In the Ain Soph only the unity of life reigns. That is supreme happiness. The universe is duality, Maya, Pain. We need to free ourselves from the Binary and return to the unity of life. It is urgent to pass beyond the painful manifestations of Maya. There exists a Science with which we can tear the veil of Maya and return to the Ain Soph. That is ALCHEMY.

Doctor Arnold Krumm Heller said: “A chemist forgot by chance a ring with an emerald near a small tube containing Radium, and after some weeks he saw that the emerald had changed absolutely; it was another stone unknown to him. He left other stones such as rubies, sapphires, etc., expressly in contact with the Radium: Great was his surprise to see that after some time they had absolutely changed color; the blue ones had turned red, and the red ones green.”

Doctor Krumm Heller continues: “Gentlemen: this which I only mention, since I do not consider it scientifically established, do you know what it signifies? That Shakespeare was right when he said: that there exist many things between heaven and earth that our scholastic consciousness does not suspect,” and that Alchemy is reborn, proving the transmutation of metals. Man and woman must balance their forces; they must be Alchemists, in order to return to the Ain Soph.

Circe offers the tempting Cup, and Ulysses rejects it with the Sword. In the sacred sign of the Infinite are represented the Brain, the Heart, and the Sex of the Planetary genius. The struggle is terrible: brain against sex, sex against brain, and what is even more terrible is that of: “heart against heart.” You know it.

Upon the altars of the Temples of the Great White Lodge, the Masters are wont to place three vials of Loria, three vials of Alchemy; each of the three Sacred vials of the Temple contains a precious balsam. The Red balsam is the Fire; the Blue is the Water; and the White is the Universal Spirit of Life.

Ida and Pingala are the channels through which ascend the atoms of Fire and of Water; the Spirit grasps the seven-knotted reed; and that reed is the spinal medulla. When the woman and the man know how to avoid the spasm and the ejaculation of “ENS SEMINIS,” the Fiery Serpent of Our Magical Powers then awakens. If you wish to return to the Father who is in secret, you must first return to the womb of your Divine Mother Kundalini. You need to raise the Serpent of Life along your medullary canal: That is Alchemy.

ALCHEMY. You have forgotten your Divine Mother Kundalini. You need to adore the divine and blessed goddess Mother of the World. You have been ungrateful to your Cosmic Mother. She is the Virgin of all religious cults. She is Isis, Mary, Cybele, Adonia, Insoberta, etc. The stone of grace is surrounded by nine delicious mountains. That stone is Sex. If you wish to return to the womb of your divine Mother, you need to work with the PHILOSOPHER’S STONE — SEX.

The Mayas say that, in the first heaven, God, the Word, had his stone fastened, had his serpent fastened, had his substance fastened. Only with the ARCANUM A.Z.F. can the Word be made flesh, to again fasten his stone, his serpent, and his substance. Then we return to the Ain Soph, we return to the unity of life. You are children of the Widow; your divine Mother is now a Widow; when she rises through the medullary canal, she weds the Eternal Beloved. Your Divine Mother is the Arcanum II, the High Priestess of the Tarot. She is crowned with the Tiara. The head of the Cosmic Mother is surrounded by a veil. You must be valiant and lift the Veil of Isis. Our Gnostic motto is Thelema (Will).

The Mother carries her son (the Word) in her arms. And she is seated between the two columns that symbolize man and woman. Adore the Virgin of the Sea, my brethren. In the Arcanum II of the Tarot, the Divine Mother appears making with her hand the sign of priestly esotericism. Study in the Sacred Book of your Divine Mother. “Ask and it shall be given to you.” “Knock and it shall be opened to you.” Your Divine Mother can confer the longed-for Occult powers.

Pray to your Divine Mother; practice your esoteric exercises; you can ask your adored Mother for Clairvoyance, Telepathy, Clairaudience, the faculties of astral unfolding, etc. You can be sure that your Divine Mother will know how to hear your pleas. You must meditate profoundly every day on your Divine Mother, praying and pleading. “You need to be devoured by the Serpent.” One (1) is the Man; Two (2) the Woman; the man is one column of the Temple; the Woman is the other. The two columns must be neither too close nor too far; there must be a space between them so that the Light may pass.

We must transmute the Lead of the Personality into the pure Gold of the Spirit: That is Alchemy. We must transform the moon into sun. The moon is the Soul; the Sun is the Inner Christ. We need to Christify ourselves. No Human being can return to the Father without having been devoured by the Serpent. No one can be devoured by it without having worked in the Lighted Forge of Vulcan (Sex). The Key of Christification is the Arcanum A.Z.F. The Mantram of the Great Arcanum is I.A.O. — I (Ignis), Fire; A (Aqua), Water; O (Origo), Principle, Spirit.

To the Lighted Forge of Vulcan descend Mars, to retemper his Sword and conquer the heart of Venus; Hermes, to clean the stables of Augeas with the sacred fire; and Perseus, to cut off the head of the medusa. Remember, beloved disciples, that our Divine Mother is Nuit, and that her word is (56) Fifty-Six. This number is decomposed kabbalistically thus: 5 plus 6 equals 11… 1 plus 1 equals 2. One is the Father; Two, she, Nuit, the Divine Mother Kundalini.

Practice

Lie down on your bed, face up, with the body fully relaxed.

Fall into drowsiness, meditating on the Sacred Serpent that is in the Coccygeal Chakra.

Pray with all your heart, meditating on the following plea of the Sacred Ritual:

Invocation

“Be Thou, O HADIT, my secret, the gnostic mystery of my being, the central point of my connection, my very heart, and bloom upon my fecund lips, made word. Up above, in the infinite skies, in the profound height of the unknown, the incessant resplendence of light is the naked beauty of Nuit; She bows down, curves in delightful ecstasy, to receive the secret kiss of Hadit. The winged sphere and the blue of the sky are mine.”

These Mantras have the power to transmute our sexual energy into light and fire within the Alchemical laboratory of the human organism: The prayer with its Mantras can be used in Sexual Magic; Such prayer with its Mantras is an omnipotent key for meditating on our Divine Mother. Master Huiracocha said in his Rosicrucian novel: “When the man is united in the secret act with the woman, he is a God, for in that moment he becomes a Creator. The Seers say that, at the precise moment of love, of the spasm, the two beings are seen wrapped in a flash of brilliant light: They are wrapped in the most subtle and potent forces that exist in nature.

If they know how to take advantage of the moment (not ejaculating the Ens Seminis); if they know how to retain its vibration, with it they can operate like the Magician to purify themselves and obtain all. If they do not know how to respect that Light, it will abandon them, to seclude itself in the universal currents, but leaving behind the doors open, through which evil enters. Love turns into hatred; illusion gives way to disappointment.”

With the Mantric prayer that we teach in this lesson, we retain that brilliant cosmic light that wraps the human pair in the supreme instant of Love, on the condition of avoiding at all costs the ejaculation of the ENS SEMINIS. The Mantras of this invocation have the power to transmute the creative energies into Light and Fire.

Single men and single women can transmute and sublimate their sexual energies with this plea and these Mantras, taking them up to the heart. It is urgent to sublimate the sexual energies up to the heart. Know that, in the Heart Temple, the creative energies mix with the forces of the Christ and rise to the superior worlds. In the Heart Temple lives the Inner Christ. The Cross of Initiation is received in the Heart Temple. And this Mantric prayer is also a formula of Priestly power that the Magician uses in his practices of Internal Meditation, to arrive at the feet of his Divine Mother.

If the Meditation is perfect, your adorable Mother will hear your call and come to you; then you can speak with her ineffable things of Paradise. She is Devi Kundalini. She is the High Priestess of the Tarot. The Divine Mother always listens to her devotees. In the sacred land of the Vedas, the Illuminated Ramakrishna was one of the greatest devotees.

Do you want the heights of Nirvikalpasamadhi? Do you need to develop Anubaya? (Perception of your Inner God in meditation.) Do you want the Science of Jinns?… Remember that you have an Adorable Mother. “Ask and it shall be given to you,” “Knock and it shall be opened to you.”

Chapter III

In the sacred sign of the Infinite are represented the Brain, the Heart, and the Sex of the Planetary genius.

Chapter Five: ARCANUM III

Remember, the Sepher Yetzirah describes in marvelous form all the splendors of the world and the extraordinary play of the Sephiroth, in God and in the human being, through the Thirty-Two paths of Wisdom. In the mystery of the sexes is hidden all the science of the Sephiroth.

The soul has three aspects: First — Nephesh, the animal soul. Second — Ruach, the thinking soul. Third — Neshamah, the spiritual soul. The substratum of these three aspects of the soul are the Sephiroth. These are atomic. The Zohar insists on the three “element-principles” that compose the world. Such elements are: Fire (Shin), Water (Mem), Air (Aleph). These are the elements, perfect synthesis, of the four manifested elements.

The powerful Mantra I.A.O. sums up the magical power of the triangle of “element-principles”: I (Ignis) — Fire; A (Aqua) — Water; O — Origo (Principle, Spirit). I… A… O… is the supreme Mantra of the Arcanum A.Z.F.

Whoever wishes to raise the soul of the world up the medullary canal must work with Sulfur (fire), with Mercury (water), and with Salt (philosophical earth). Only thus is one Born in Spirit and in Truth.

In the Arcanum A.Z.F. are the Twelve Secret Keys of the Benedictine of Erfurt, BASIL VALENTINE. In the manuscript of the AZOTH of Valentine, the whole secret of the great work is enclosed. And the AZOTH is the creative sexual principle of Nature. When the Rose of the Spirit blooms upon the Cross of our body, the Great Work has been performed.

The three ELEMENT-PRINCIPLES are the three Mother letters of the Hebraic alphabet. When one practices with the Arcanum A.Z.F., one works with the three “element-principles.” Within the Great Laboratory of Nature, when one practices that Arcanum, one works with Mercury, Sulfur, and Salt. And thus the lead of the personality is transmuted into the Gold of the Spirit. And thus we elaborate within ourselves the CHILD OF GOLD OF ALCHEMY.

The three “element-principles” are manifested in the four elements of Nature. There exist the heat of Fire and of Air, the moisture of Air and of Water, and the dryness of Fire and of Earth.

These are the three element-principles. And this is the I.A.O. And such are: Sulfur, Mercury, and Salt, contained in the four elements of Nature. And in these three “element-principles” are found the Elemental Paradises of Nature.

The Kabbalist-Alchemist must learn to use Sulfur, Mercury, and Salt. By using Flowers of Sulfur in the shoes, within, the larvae of the Astral Body disintegrate (Incubi, Succubi, basilisks, dragons, ghosts, etc.). The invisible vapors that arise from the Sulfur rise, disintegrating those larvae. By burning Sulfur on coal embers, the malignant thought-forms and the larvae enclosed within any dwelling are disintegrated. Quicksilver (Mercury) serves to prepare the “Lustral water.” The great astronomer Nostradamus spent entire nights before a copper recipient full of water. This great Seer looked at the waters and saw in them the future events that he left written in his famous prophecies.

Now, if to that water Quicksilver is added, and if a mirror is placed at the bottom of the recipient, one will have a marvelous “Clariteleidoscope.” We advise the use of every copper recipient, with the exception of the so-called paila or pan: The copper pan is the symbol of Black Magic.

Copper is intimately related to the Pituitary gland and has the power to awaken Clairvoyance. Salt also has numerous uses in White Magic. Salt must be combined with Alcohol.

If one places in a recipient alcohol and salt, and then sets it on the fire, one obtains a marvelous incense. This should only be used to invoke the Gods of Medicine when one needs to heal some sick person. They will then come to the call.

Sulfur (fire) burns totally, leaving no residue, and the Sulfur is the Shin of the Zohar. And the water is the Mem of the Zohar (the Ens Seminis). The Fire and the Water, by means of successive transmutations, are reduced to the kabbalistic Aleph, which the Alchemists call Alkahest. Thus the I.A.O. is realized, and thus the Twelve Faculties of the Soul are opened. The Soul is Christified, “Kundalini Blooms” upon our fecund lips, made Word. The Ternary is the Word, the Plenitude, the Fecundity, Nature, the Generation of the Three Worlds.

Arcanum Three of the Kabbalah is that Woman Clothed with the Sun, with the Moon beneath her feet, and crowned with Twelve Stars. The symbol of the Queen of heaven is the Empress of the Tarot. A mysterious crowned Woman, seated, with the Scepter of Command at whose end appears the Globe of the World. She is the Urania-Venus of the Greeks, the Christified Soul.

Man is the Arcanum One of the Tarot. Woman is the Arcanum Two of it. And the Christified Soul is the result of the sexual union of both. (The secret is the Arcanum A.Z.F.) The Woman is the Mother of the Word. The Christ is always the Son of Immaculate Conceptions. It is impossible to be born without a Mother.

When an Initiate is about to Incarnate the Word, his wife appears in the Superior Worlds as if pregnant, and she suffers the pains of childbirth. Jesus, on the Cross, said to his Mother: “Woman, behold thy Son” (addressing John). Afterwards he says to the disciple: “Behold thy Mother.” And from that hour, the disciple took her unto himself. The word John is decomposed thus: I.E.O.U.A.N., the Word (the Dragon of Wisdom). Truly she is the Mother of the Word. And the Woman officiates at the altar of the blessed Mother Goddess of the World.

Now, brethren, pray much to your Divine Mother Kundalini, whose Venerable Priestess is your wife. Pray and Meditate thus:

Invocation

«Oh, Isis, Mother of the Cosmos, Root of Love, Trunk, Bud, Leaf, Flower, and Seed of all that exists. To Thee, Naturalizing Force, we conjure; we call upon the Queen of space and of night, and kissing Thy loving eyes, drinking the dew of Thy lips, breathing the sweet aroma of Thy body, we exclaim: “Oh, Nuit, Thou, Eternal Seity of Heaven, who art the primordial soul, who art what was and what shall be, whose Veil no mortal has lifted, when Thou art beneath the irradiating stars of the nocturnal and profound sky of the desert, with purity of heart and in the flame of the Serpent we call upon Thee.”»

Pray and Meditate intensely. The Divine Mother teaches her children. This Prayer must be done combining meditation with sleep. Then, as in a vision of dreams, Illumination arises. The Divine Mother comes to the devotee to instruct him in the great mysteries.

Chapter IV

And the Christified Soul is the result of the sexual union of both. (The secret is the Arcanum A.Z.F.) The Woman is the Mother of the Word.

Chapter Six: ARCANUM IV

AUM. The Arcanum Four of the Tarot is the Holy and Mysterious Tetragrammaton. The Sacred Name of the Eternal has four letters: IOD, HE, VAU, HE.

Iod is the Man; He, the Woman; Vau is the Phallus; He is the Womb. In another form we say: Iod is the Man; He is the Woman; Vau, the Fire; He, the Water. The profound study of the four letters of the Eternal leads us inevitably to the NINTH SPHERE (sex). We must raise our Serpent through the medullary canal until we bring it to its Sanctuary of the Heart.

The Cross of Initiation is received in the Heart Temple. The Magnetic Center of the Father is found between the two eyebrows. The Sanctuary of the Mother is found in the Heart Temple. The Four Points of the Cross symbolize: Fire, Air, Water, and Earth. The Spirit, Matter, Movement, Repose.

Remember, beloved disciple: the four elements of Alchemy are: Salt, Mercury, Sulfur, Azoth. Salt is Matter; Mercury is the Ens Seminis; the Azoth is the Mysterious Ray of the Kundalini. This is also the AZOTH.

The Sulfur must fecundate the Mercury of Secret Philosophy so that the Salt may regenerate. Only thus could we write the book of the AZOTH. If you wish for Initiation, write it upon a Rod. In the Lingam-Yoni is the key of our liberation.

The Cross has four points: The Cross of Initiation is Phallic: The insertion of the vertical Phallus in the FORMAL OTEIS forms a Cross. It is the Cross of Initiation that we must cast upon our shoulders.

The four sacred animals of Alchemy are: The Lion, which conceals the enigma of Fire. The man, who represents the Mercury of Secret Philosophy. The Eagle, which indicates Air to us. The Bull, which symbolizes Earth. The Sphinxes of Egypt and of Ezekiel have the sacred symbolism of the four animals of Alchemy.

The water contained in the bed of the seas, rivers, and oceans, heated by the fire of the Sun, is transformed into clouds that ascend to the sky, and after a certain time of digestion, are converted into lightning and thunder. This same process is repeated in the Sexual Laboratory of the Alchemist. Our Motto is Thelema: which is Will. The entrance to the old Archaic Temples was commonly through a hole hidden in some mysterious place of the thick jungle. We left Eden through the door of Sex. Only through that door can we return to Eden. Eden is sex itself. Sex is the narrow gate, strait and difficult, that leads to the Light.

In the solitude of those Mysterious Sanctuaries, the neophytes were subjected to the four Initiatic tests. The tests of fire, of air, of water, and of earth always defined the various purifications of the neophytes. As a rule those Sanctuaries of Mysteries were situated at the foot of some volcano. The disciples fell senseless to the ground. In those instants the Hierophant brought the students out of their physical body and in astral took them to the depths of the Sanctuary.

There he taught them the grandiose mysteries of life and death. The volcanic emanations of the earth produce that state of apparent death. In the Gnostic Lumisials some disciples fall into that state of apparent death. The ceremony of carrying the Cross, as was the custom in the Gnostic Lumisials, serves to humbly confirm some Internal Esoteric Initiation.

Each of the seven bodies of the human being must be crucified and stigmatized. Every student of Kabbalah must familiarize himself with the Elements of fire, air, water, and earth. Man is not yet King of Nature. But he is called to be King and Priest according to the Order of Melchizedek.

It is necessary that the student familiarize himself with all the elemental creatures of the four elements. In fire live the Salamanders. In water live the Undines and Nereids. In air live the Sylphs. In Earth live the Gnomes.

The Gospel of Mark is symbolized by a Lion (fire). The Gospel of Matthew is represented by a Youth (water). The Gospel of John is represented by an Eagle (Air). The Gospel of Luke is represented by a Bull (earth). The Four Gospels symbolize the four elements of Nature and the realization of the Great Work (the Magnus Opus).

Every Hierophant of Nature becomes King of the Elementals. If you wish to be Admitted into the Elemental Paradises of Nature, DO NOT KILL; do not eat meat of any kind. Do not drink wine that contains alcohol; be vegetarian. Never destroy a plant or a flower. Respect every life. You only need two things in life: WISDOM AND LOVE. Thus you will have happiness, Peace, and Abundance. “Be Perfect as Your Father is Perfect.” The Initiate must work with the Elementals in the Central Mountain Range. That Mountain Range is the Spinal Medulla. The Raw Material of the Great Work of the Father is the Ens Seminis. You know it.

The sacred recipient is your creative organs; the Hearth is the Muladhara Chakra. The Chimney is the medullary canal. The distiller is the brain. When we work in the Laboratory of the Third Logos we must transmute the lead of the personality into the Gold of the Spirit. The Magnum Opus cannot be performed without the cooperation of the elementals.

It is the Gnomes or Pygmies that are the great Alchemists who transmute lead into gold. They reduce the metals to their semen to then transmute them into the pure gold of the spirit. That labor would be impossible if the Undines did not obey, or if the Salamanders of fire did not fecundate the voluptuous Undines. The tempting Undines, without fire, can only lead us to shipwreck. Ulysses, the cunning warrior, destroyer of citadels, had himself tied to a mast of the ship to avoid the danger of falling into the sea, Seduced by the sexual beauty of the Undines. The ancient Gnostics said: All of you will be Gods if you come out of Egypt and Cross the Red Sea (the Ocean of Temptations).

The vapors of the raw material of the Great Work would not rise through the chimney without the help of the restless Sylphs. The Gnomes need to distill the Gold in the brain, and that is only possible with the help of the aerial Sylphs. The Gnomes transmute the lead into Gold. The Magnus Opus would be impossible without the elementals. We need to familiarize ourselves with the ELEMENTALS OF NATURE.

Practice

FIRE: Light a fire and then vocalize the Mantram INRI. This Mantram is vocalized in two separate syllables: IN-RI. But prolonging the sound of each letter. Concentrate now on the fire you have lit. (Candle, votive candle, or lit coals.) Meditate profoundly on the fire. Fall into drowsiness meditating on the fire. Invoke the friend who writes this Chair, and you will be helped in this practice.

Vocalize the “S” like a very fine hiss. Like the rattle of the Rattlesnake.

Practice with the Sylphs

AIR: Seated in a comfortable chair, or lying on your back with the body relaxed, you will meditate profoundly on the following plea:

Prayer

Spiritus Dei Ferebatur super aquas, et inspiravit in faciem hominis spiraculum vitae. Sit Michael Dux Meus, et Sabtabiel servus meus, in luce et per lucem. Fiat verbum halitus meus, et imperabo Spiritibus aeris hujus, et refrenabo equos solis voluntate cordis mei, et cogitatione mentis meae et nutu oculi dextri. Exorcizo igitur te, creatura aeris, per Pentagrammaton et in nomine Tetragrammaton, in quibus sunt voluntas firma et fides recta. Amen. Sela. Fiat.

Blow in the direction of the four cardinal points of the earth. Pronounce the letter H many times like a very deep sigh. Fall into drowsiness meditating on the Geniuses Michael and Sabtabiel. Then you will come into contact with the Sylphs.

Practice with the Undines

WATER: Before a cup with water, fall into drowsiness meditating on the following Exorcism:

Exorcism

Fiat firmamentum in medio aquarum et separet aquas ab aquis quae superius sicut quae inferius, et quae inferius sicut quae superius, ad perpetranda miracula rei unius. Sol ejus pater est, luna mater et ventus hanc gestavit in utero suo, ascendit a terra ad coelum et rursus a coelo in terram descendit. Exorcizo te, creatura aquae, ut sis mihi speculum Dei vivi in operibus ejus, et fons vitae, et ablutio peccatorum. AMEN.

Then enter sleep vocalizing the letter M, thus: Mmmmm.

Lips closed hermetically. This is the sound like the lowing of the bull, but long sustained, without that cease of the voice, proper to the bull. The letter M is the Mantra of the waters. Thus you will come into contact with the creatures of the waters. Then invoke the Genius of the waters. That genius is called NICKSA.

Practice with the Gnomes

Meditate profoundly on the Heart-Temple of the Center of the Earth. Meditate on the Genius of the Earth, whose name is CHAMGAM. Beg him to put you in contact with the Gnomes that dwell in the entrails of the earth. Call upon the Genius of the Gnomes. That Genius is called GOB. Fall into drowsiness concentrated on that Genius. Vocalize the Mantra I.A.O.

Very profound meditation intelligently combined with sleep will permit you to enter into the Elemental Paradises of Nature.

Every Alchemist needs to work with the Elementals of Nature.

The Hieroglyphic of Arcanum Four of the Tarot is the Emperor. The Sovereign appears forming with his body a Marvelous Triangle. The legs of the Emperor crossed form a Cross. Truly that is the image of the Athanor of the Alchemists. The Linkage of the Cross with the Triangle is only possible by means of the Potable Gold (Sacred Fire) of Alchemy.

With the Arcanum Four of the Tarot, the Being casts upon his shoulders the Cross of Initiation.

We shall conclude this Chair by saying that the Elementals of Fire are commanded with the Iron Trident or with an Iron rod. The Elementals of Air are commanded with a feather of an Eagle or any bird. The Elementals of Water are commanded with a cup full of water. Those of the Earth, with a Sword or with a new knife.

The special kingdom of the Gnomes dwells in the region of the North. That of the Salamanders to the South. That of the Sylphs to the East, and that of the Undines to the West. These four elemental hierarchies form a Cross. Behold the Holy and Mysterious TETRAGRAMMATON.

Chapter Seven: ARCANUM V

Beloved Brethren of my soul:

Today we will study the Arcanum Five of the Tarot. This Arcanum is the FLAMING PENTAGRAM, the Flaming Star, the sign of Divine Omnipotence. This is the ineffable symbol of the Word made flesh, the terrible Morning Star of the Magicians.

When the Pentagram raises into the air its two inferior rays, it represents Satan.

When the Pentagram, made light, raises into the air one of its rays alone, it represents the Inner Christ of every Human being who comes into this World.

The Human being with his legs and arms open to the right and left is the Star of Five Points. The Brain and the Sex live in eternal struggle. The Brain must control sex. When sex conquers the brain, the Star of Five Points (the Human being) falls into the abyss with the feet upward and the head downward. This is the Inverted Star; this is the goat of Mendes. A human figure with the head downward and the feet upward represents, naturally, a Demon.

In the Flaming Star is summarized all the Science of Gnosis. Many BODHISATTVAS (Human Souls of Masters) fell like the Star of five points, inverted, with the superior ray downward and the two inferior rays upward.

When some of those BODHISATTVAS rise, when they return to the Path, when they recapitulate Initiations, then the brethren are surprised and say: This one up to now is just beginning his studies, and supposedly is already “an Initiate”? Truly the students judge a priori many times, because they ignore the great mysteries. We must differentiate between what a person is who is beginning these studies, and what a fallen Bodhisattva is. In the Apocalypse of Saint John, the Pentagram falls from Heaven to Earth, and the human waters become bitter, become wormwood. The Prophet Isaiah said: How thou art fallen from Heaven, O Brilliant Star, who wert so splendid at thy birth! (ISAIAH 14:12).

However, the Luciferian star (the fallen human being) will one day shine like the morning star in the right hand of the Word.

Many times a man or some woman arrives at the Gnostic Lumisials seeking the Divine Torch of Truth. Apparently the newcomer is now a beginner. However, the brethren ignore what the Soul of that human being is; he may be a Bodhisattva (the Soul of some Master) who wishes to return to his Father who is in secret. The brethren are astonished when something superior happens to the apparent beginner, and they then say: “We who are older in these studies have not passed through what this one is passing through.” And they ask themselves: “How is it possible that this one, who up to now has just begun, should boast of being an initiate?” It is necessary not to judge so as not to be judged, because “with the measure you measure, you shall be measured.”

We need to be humble to attain Wisdom, and after attaining it, we must be still more humble. The Bodhisattvas of the Masters fall through sex. The Bodhisattvas of the Masters rise through sex. Sex is the Philosopher’s Stone. It would be impossible to decapitate the MEDUSA (the Satan we carry within) without the precious treasure of the Philosopher’s Stone. Remember that the Medusa is the Maiden of evil. (The psychological I) whose head is covered with hissing vipers. The union of the Sophic Mercury with the Sophic Sulfur results in the Philosopher’s Stone. The Ens Seminis is Mercury. Sulfur is the Sacred Fire of Love.

We live now in the specific age of Samael. We live in the Fifth Era. Life has initiated its return toward the Great Light, and we must define ourselves in these instants, as eagles or as reptiles, as angels or demons.

We stand before the Dilemma of To Be or Not To Be of Philosophy. The Arcanum Five of the Tarot is represented by the Hierophant. It is the Fifth Sphere, the definitive one, because then the human being takes in his hands the reins of his own destiny and becomes angel or demon.

The Great Hierophant of the Tarot appears seated between the Two Columns of the Temple, making the Sign of Esotericism.

The Number Five is Grandiose, is Sublime. Remember that the human being is also a Star of Five Points. That Star must be cleansed constantly with the Five Perfumes. If we can elaborate a Metallic Pentagram and Consecrate it, we can also Self-consecrate ourselves with the same Rites and Perfumes that we use for our Metallic Pentagram. Because the human being is a Star of Five Points.

All those who feel themselves dirty, with larvae, or in misery must use the five perfumes to fumigate themselves with them, on the condition of treading the path of Perfect Chastity. In the Lumisials the custom must be established of cleansing the brethren who find themselves full of larvae. Thus they will receive the benefit in their souls and in their bodies.

Chapter Eight: ARCANUM VI

Beloved Brethren of my soul:

Today we are going to study the Arcanum Six of the Tarot.

MOST BELOVED: Remember the Seal of Solomon; its two interlinked triangles that love joins and separates are truly and beyond all doubt linked; (the two shuttles with which the loom of God is woven and unwoven). The superior triangle symbolizes Kether (the Father who is in Secret), Chokmah (the Son), and Binah (the Holy Spirit of every Human Being). The inferior triangle represents the three traitors of Hiram Abiff. Those three traitors are within ourselves. The first traitor is the DEMON OF DESIRE. That traitor lives within the Astral Body. The second traitor is the DEMON OF THE MIND. That traitor lives within the Mental Body. The third traitor is the Demon of ILL WILL. That traitor lives within the Body of Will (Causal Body).

The Bible cites these three traitors in the Apocalypse of Saint John. Let us see: (APOCALYPSE 16:13-14) V.13: “And I saw coming out of the mouth of the Dragon and out of the mouth of the Beast and out of the mouth of the False Prophet Three unclean spirits like frogs.” V.14: “For they are spirits of demons that perform signs, that go forth to the kings of the earth and of all the world, to gather them for the battle of that great Day of Almighty God.”

The three traitors constitute the reincarnating ego. The psychological I. The Satan that must be dissolved in order to incarnate the Inner Christ, constituted by KETHER, CHOKMAH, BINAH. The superior Triangle is the resplendent Dragon of Wisdom. The inferior Triangle is the Black Dragon.

At the center of the two triangles is the sign of the Infinite or the TAU cross. Both signs are Phallic (sexual). The Soul is between the two triangles, and must resolve itself either for the White Dragon or for the Black Dragon. The problem is absolutely Sexual.

The key is found in the Serpent. The legs of the Cock of Abraxas are a double tail of a serpent. There exist the tempter serpent of Eden and the serpent of Copper of Moses entwined upon the TAU — that is, upon the Sexual Lingam (the Lingam is the Phallus; the Yoni, the Womb). The serpent is normally enclosed in the Muladhara Chakra (Church of Ephesus). She slumbers in that Coccygeal center coiled three and a half times. The serpent must inevitably come out of its Church.

If it rises up the medullary canal, we become angels; if it descends to the atomic infernos of the human being, then we become Demons. Now you will understand why the serpent of the Caduceus is always double. Sexual force is the Hyle of the Gnostics. When the student spills the vessel of Hermes during his practices with the Arcanum A.Z.F., he commits the crime of the Nicolaitans. They used that system to make the Serpent descend. Thus the human being becomes a Demon.

Only by working with the Philosopher’s Stone within the sexual Laboratory of the Practical Alchemist is the complete and positive development of the Serpent attained.

The superior triangle is the Center of the Micro-Cosmos and of the Macro-Cosmos Alchemist. At the center of the triangle the sign of the Mercury of Secret Philosophy (the Ens Seminis) cannot be absent. Man and woman must work with the Sun and the Moon, with Gold and with Silver (sexual symbols), to perform the Great Work. However, this work is very difficult because the goat of Mendes, the Black Dragon, tries to make the Alchemist fall sexually. It is urgent to work with the four elements of Alchemy for the realization of the GREAT WORK.

The ALCHEMICAL Macro-Cosmos is Illuminated by Light; this is the superior triangle of the Seal of Solomon. The ALCHEMICAL Micro-Cosmos is in shadows in the region where souls struggle against the Black Dragon.

It is precisely in the Micro-Cosmos, also represented by the inferior triangle, where we must perform all the work of the Alchemical Laboratory. The marvelous engraving of the Micro-Cosmos and Macro-Cosmos Alchemist (Illustration of Chimica Basilica Philosophica) represents man and woman working with the Sun (symbol of the Phallus) and with the Moon (symbol of the Womb).

In that Medieval picture two women do not appear, nor two men either. (THAT CRIME AGAINST NATURE GIVES RISE TO THE FILTHY VAMPIRE.) The Tenebrous ones justify the crimes against Nature, and the Law punishes them by separating them from the superior triangle forever. Then they roll down into the abyss.

The Mysteries of the Lingam-Yoni are terribly Divine and cannot be altered. The Lingam can only unite with the Yoni; that is the Law of Holy Alchemy. The ALCHEMICAL Weddings signify in fact PERFECT MATRIMONY. The Alchemist must not only kill desire, but even the shadow itself of the horrible tree of desire. In the Mysteries of Eleusis Sacred Dances were used between men and women. Love and the music of the centers to enchant and awaken the Serpent. Then the dancers of the Temple were cleansed of the disgusting poison of desire. Every kind of Sins will be forgiven, except the sin against the Holy Spirit. (He who fornicates against his body sins.) (1 Corinthians 6:18.) One does not only fornicate with the physical body, but with thought, emotion, word, and animal sensations.

In the Mysteries of Eleusis the couples Danced to magnetize each other mutually. Then the men dancing with their women reached up to ecstasy. The Bio-electromagnetic interchange between men and women cannot be replaced by anything. That is the gigantic power, grandiose, terribly divine. God shines upon the perfect couple. If you wish in-depth Self-realization, remember this Alchemical aphorism: “One must imitate Nature in everything. Nature delights in Nature. Nature dominates Nature.”

The Task of the Alchemist is to seek the ancient and occult knowing and to perform the Great Work in his Sexual Laboratory. The Great Work is difficult; it signifies many years of experiment, terrible sacrifices, and tremendous difficulties. There exists a Transmuting agent (the philosopher’s stone), a Celestial influence (cosmic religiosity), various astral influences (esoteric astrology), influence of letters, numbers, correspondences, sympathies (Kabbalah).

The Sacred principles of Alchemy are: Unity. Pair of Opposites (MAN, WOMAN, ACTIVE, PASSIVE). Trinity (ACTIVE, PASSIVE, NEUTRAL). The last principle is the elements: (FIRE, AIR, WATER, EARTH).

In the Seal of Solomon is gathered all the work of the Great Work (the Magnus Opus). The six points of the star are masculine. The six deep entries between point and point are feminine. TOTAL: The Star of Solomon has Twelve Rays. Six Masculine, Six Feminine. The Star of Solomon is the perfect symbol of the Central Sun. In the Seal of Solomon are summarized all the Zodiacal measures. In the Seal of Solomon is hidden all the Sexual Genesis of the Zodiac. In the Seal of Solomon is found the intimate relation that exists between the Zodiac and the invisible Central Sun. The Twelve Rays of the brilliant star crystallized through the Alchemy of the twelve zodiacal constellations.

When the student enters the Temple of the Sphinx, he studies there the GREAT BOOK OF NATURE, where the cosmic Laws are written.

Truly very few are those who can open the book and study it. The Test of the Sanctuary is very Terrible. Very Few are the Human Beings who have been able to pass through this Test. Everyone who passes Victoriously through the Test of the Sanctuary Receives a Precious Jewel: (The Seal of Solomon) A RING FULL OF INEFFABLE LIGHT. The neophyte who touches it with the left hand loses it inevitably.

Another meaning of the Seal of Solomon is the following: Above: The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit. Below: The Power that Governs (The Innermost) The Power that Deliberates (The Mind) The Power that Executes (The Personality).

When the Power that Deliberates and the Power that Executes rebel, insubordinate themselves against the Governor (the Innermost), the result is Failure.

The three traitors are wont to take over the powers that deliberate and execute. The Bodhisattvas sometimes receive messages from the superior worlds. The Ignorant confuse the Bodhisattvas with the Mediums of Spiritualism.

There exists the Medium and the Mediator. The Medium is Negative; the Mediator is Positive. The Medium is the vehicle of the tempter Serpent of Eden. The Bodhisattva mediator is the vehicle of the Copper Serpent that healed the Israelites in the Desert.

The Great Masters are wont to dictate messages with the lips of their Bodhisattvas. People do not understand this, and confuse the mediators with the simple Mediums of Spiritualism. People only let themselves be carried by appearances.

In the Seal of Solomon are represented all the Positive and Negative forces of UNIVERSAL MAGNETISM.

In the works of High Magic it is necessary to trace a circle around. This circle would be totally closed if it were not interrupted by the Seal of Solomon. The Gnostic Brethren must fabricate the Seal of Solomon with the Seven Metals. Medallions and rings can be made with the Seal of Solomon. The Seal of Solomon must be used in all invocation works and in practices with the elementals, as we have taught in the fourth lesson of Kabbalah.

The elementals of Nature tremble before the Seal of the living God. The Angel of the Sixth Seal of the Apocalypse is now reincarnated in a feminine body (HE IS A SPECIALIST IN THE SACRED SCIENCE OF THE JINNS).

The Arcanum (VI) Six is the Lover of the Tarot. The human being between vice and Virtue. The Arcanum Six is Enchantment, Equilibrium, Loving Union of Man and Woman, terrible Struggle between love and Desire, Mysteries of the Lingam-Yoni, Linkage. In the Arcanum Six of the Tarot is the struggle between the two Ternaries. The Arcanum Six is the Supreme Affirmation of the Inner Christ and the Supreme Negation of Satan.

Chapter Nine: ARCANUM VII

Remember that the number seven represents Magical Power in all its force. The Holy Seven is the Sanctum Regnum of Sexual Magic. The number Seven (VII) is the Innermost served by all the elemental forces of Nature.

Everyone who works with the Arcanum A.Z.F. receives, in the Arcanum VII, the Flaming Sword. In the name of Truth, we affirm that the Flaming Sword of the Great Hierophants is pure Transmuted Semen.

That is the result of Sexual Magic. Thus we are transformed into Terribly Divine Gods.

The sexual organs are the legitimate Laboratorium Oratorium of the Amphitheatrum Sapientiae Aeternae. That is the Sanctum Regnum where the Hierophant receives the Sword of Justice. In the garden of pleasures of Alchemy we find this word: “VITRIOL.” This is an Acrostic derived from the phrase: “Visita Interiora Terrae Rectificando Invenies Occultum Lapidem” (Visit the Interior of our Earth — by rectifying you shall find the Hidden Stone).

We must search within the Interior of our Philosophical Earth (the human organism), which, by rectifying, working with the Arcanum A.Z.F., we shall find the Philosopher’s Stone. The SUN (Phallus) is the father of the stone. The MOON (womb) is the Mother. The wind carried the Son in its bosom, and the earth nourished him. The SUN and the MOON, the masculine and feminine principles, combine within the chalice (symbol of the mind). The SUN is the father of the Stone (fire), the MOON is the mother (water). The wind (seminal vapors) carried the Son in its Alchemical bosom, and the philosophical earth nourished him.

The Chalice rests upon the Caduceus of Mercury (the central system, spinal column) with the two sympathetic cords known in the East by the names IDA and PINGALA.

In the generation of the philosopher’s stone, two influences act; one of masculine character, another of feminine character.

The whole work is performed with the Great Arcanum. The seven-pointed star is an inseparable part of the VITRIOL acrostic. The seven serpents of Alchemy relate to the seven planets and the seven great cosmic realizations.

The acrostic VITRIOL with its seven letters and its seven words symbolizes the entire GREAT WORK. The mysteries of Arcanum VII are terribly divine.

The seven points of the Great Star of Alchemy bear the sacred signatures of the seven planets. The seven words of the VITRIOL and the double circle of masculine and feminine forces surround the Great Septenary Star that shines like a Sun in the temple of Science.

The Sun and the Moon, Fire and Water, the King and the Queen form an integral part of the work of every alchemist fledgling.

The fledgling must accomplish seven great works that culminate in the crowning of the Great Work.

At the center of the septenary star of Alchemy appears engraved the face of a venerable old man, according to the illustration in Viridarium Chymicum.

That so venerable face of the septenary star symbolizes the sophic mercury. (The Ens Seminis.) Listen, fledglings of Alchemy, listen to Estolsio explaining this emblem:

“What was previously enclosed in many forms, you see now included in a single one. The beginning is our old man, and he has the key; the sulfur with salt and mercury give wealth. If you see nothing here, there is no reason for you to keep searching; for you will be blind, even in the midst of the LIGHT.”

Those students of occultism who think to realize themselves in depth without the Arcanum A.Z.F. are absolutely mistaken. The great Master Secret Sister says that students who wish to know the mysteries of Chiram (fire) must seek the medieval Alchemists. The great Master was a true Yogini, disciple of Koot Hoomi, and yet after being widowed by Count Blavatsky she married Colonel Olcott, to work with the Arcanum of Sexual Magic. Only thus did she succeed in realizing herself in depth.

The great Yogi-Avatar, Mr. Lahiri Mahasaya, was called to Initiation by the Immortal Babaji when he already had a wife. Thus the Yogi-Avatar realized himself. In Hindustan Sexual Magic is known by the Sanskrit term Urdhvaretas, and the Yogis who practice it are called Urdhvaretas Yogis.

The authentic Yogis practice Sexual Magic with their wives. Brahmacharya (absurd sexual abstention) only serves to bring about disgusting nocturnal pollutions with all their nefarious consequences.

Hatha-Yoga is a matter of contortions that have the power to draw the human being out of the superior worlds in order to enslave him to the physical world. Never in life have we known a contortionist Hatha-Yogi with powers of inner illumination.

There exist three rays of Illumination of Intimate Self-Realization: That of the Yogi, that of the Mystic, and that of the Perfect Matrimony. However the three rays inevitably need Sexual Magic. Anything that is not through sex is wasting time uselessly. We left Eden through the door of sex. Only through that door can we enter Eden. Eden is sex itself.

The Arcanum VII of the Tarot is represented by a crowned warrior who carries the triangle upon his crown and is standing upon the cubic stone of Yesod (sex). The two sphinxes, White and Black, that draw his chariot symbolize the masculine and feminine forces. The cuirass is the divine science that makes us powerful. The warrior must learn to use the Staff and the Sword. Thus he will attain the great Victory. Our motto is Thelema (Will). Let us remember that there are seven vices that we must transmute into Wisdom and Love.

Pride is transmuted into solar Faith and into the Humility of Christ. Lunar Greed is transformed into hope and altruism. The fatal Lust of Venus is transmuted into the Chastity of Venus and into the Charity of the Spirit. The Anger of Mars is transmuted into the Marvelous Force of Love. Sloth is transmuted into the prudent activity of Mercury. Gluttony is transmuted into the temperance of Saturn. Only with the Science of transmutations can we disintegrate the defects and dissolve the PSYCHOLOGICAL I. Work with the Arcanum A.Z.F. so that you may receive the Sword.

The Governors of the Seven Planets are: Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Michael, Samael, Zachariel, Orifiel.

The seven notes of the lyre of Orpheus correspond to the seven planets. To each color of the Solar Prism corresponds a planetary note. Alchemy is intimately related to music. Atalanta is the Voice that flees; Hippomenes is the Voice that pursues, and the Apple is the Voice that delays.

I.A.O. is the Supreme Mantra of Sexual Magic. I.A.O. is the name of the Serpent. Blessed be the I.A.O. The I.A.O. must be sung during the experiences in the Laboratory. Thus the Serpent moves and rejoices. Sing Seven Times the I.A.O. in the Laboratorium-Oratorium.

The Mantra I.N.R.I. has absolute power over fire: Sing it also in the Laboratorium Oratorium to bring fire to each of your seven chakras. Sing it thus:

It is sung syllabified thus:

Iiinnn rrriii (Clairvoyance).

Eeennn rrreee (Clairaudience).

Ooonnn rrrooo (Heart — Intuition).

Uuunnn rrruuu (Telepathy — Solar Plexus).

Aaannn rrraaa (Pulmonary chakras — remembrance of past incarnations).

The great Hierophant Jesus the Christ sang these Mantras in the Laboratorium-Oratorium of the Pyramid of Khafre.

The seven Kabbalistic signs of the planets are: For the Sun, a serpent with the head of a Lion. For the Moon, a globe cut by two half moons. For Mars, a dragon biting the guards of a sword. For Venus, a Sexual Lingam. For Mercury, a Caduceus and the cynocephalus. For Jupiter, the flaming Pentagram or the Beak of the eagle. For Saturn, a lame old man or a serpent linked to the helical stone. The seven talismans have the power to attract the seven planetary forces. Gold is the metal of the Sun. Silver is the metal of the Moon. Iron is the metal of Mars. Copper is the metal of Venus. Quicksilver is the metal of Mercury. Tin is the metal of Jupiter. Lead is the metal of Saturn. With stones and metals one can prepare perfect talismans.

The Our Father is the Most Perfect Prayer because it has Seven Magical Petitions.

Practice

ASANA: Let the student lie down on the floor on a carpet. Let him open his legs and arms to the right and to the left until he is like a star of five points. Let him relax his whole body. Let him not think of anything. Let him place his mind blank. Let the student concentrate on his Inner God; let him begin to pray the Our Father very slowly, thinking about the meaning of each petition; let him fall into drowsiness until reaching deep sleep, meditating on each word, on each phrase, adoring… adoring… adoring…

When the student awakens from his sleep, let him not move… let him practice a retrospective exercise to remember his inner experiences: where he was, where he passed in astral body, what he did, what he saw, etc., etc. This exercise must be done daily, without ever tiring. You will have to come to see and hear the great inner realities.

Chapter Ten: ARCANUM VIII

We are going to study in this lesson the Eighth Key of Basil Valentine. Illustration from Viridarium Chymicum.

The Eighth key is a clear and perfect Alchemical Allegory of the processes of death and resurrection that inevitably occur in the esoteric preparation of the Philosopher’s Stone.

The whole inner preparation of the stone and the metallic transmutation are represented in this allegory. All human material employed in this work dies, rots, corrupts, and is blackened in the Philosophical Egg; then it is wondrously whitened.

In the Philosophical Egg is contained all the work of the Great Work. The masculine-feminine sexual principles are contained in the egg. Just as from the Egg comes the Fledgling; just as from the Gold Egg of Brahma comes the Universe; so also from the Philosophical Egg comes the Master.

In the illustration of Viridarium Chymicum, death is represented by a corpse, putrefaction by ravens, sowing by a humble farmer, growth by an ear of wheat, resurrection by a dead man who rises from the sepulcher and by an angel who blows the trumpet of the Final Judgment.

We Gnostics know that the corpse, the death of the Eighth Key of Basil Valentine, represents the Two Witnesses of the Apocalypse who are now dead. Through Alchemical putrefaction, represented by the ravens, through the labors of Alchemy, the Two Witnesses are resurrected.

Our Motto is THELEMA. All the power is enclosed in the seed whose symbol is the ear of wheat. The sacred angel we carry within, so sacred, blows his trumpet, and the Two Witnesses rise from the sepulcher.

Two archers, one who hits the target and the other who misses it, symbolize the two ALCHEMICAL interpretations that may be given: the correct and the erroneous. White Sexual Magic and Black Sexual Magic. Gold Alchemy and Erotic Satanism.

In Gold Alchemy ejaculation of the Ens Seminis does not exist. In Erotic Satanism ejaculation of the Ens Seminis does indeed exist. In the India of the Black Yogis (Asura Samphata), they ejaculate the Ens Seminis (Shukra) in order to mix it criminally with feminine “Raja” in the vagina. Then they reabsorb, through the negative use of Vajroli, that liquor already mixed with feminine Raja. Thus the Black Yogis (Bonzes and Dugpas) believe to succeed in wisely uniting the solar and lunar atoms in order to awaken the Kundalini. The result of that Black Tantrism is the negative awakening of the Serpent. Then it, instead of rising, descends to the atomic infernos of the human being and becomes the Tail of Satan.

Thus the Black Yogis end up separated from the Inner God forever. Those are Demons. That is Black Magic. By that road, the two witnesses of the Apocalypse never resurrect. That is the road that leads to the abyss and to the second death. Everyone who ejaculates his seminal liquor separates himself from his Inner God. The Yogis who practice the Urdhvaretas Yoga (Positive Sexual Magic) do not ejaculate the Ens Seminis. In this case the combination of Shukra (solar atoms) and Raja (lunar atoms) is performed within the Philosophical Egg — that is, within the same Sexual Laboratory of the alchemist.

Thus the Two Witnesses are resurrected. “These are the Two Olive Trees and the Two Candlesticks that stand before the God of the Earth. And if any wish to hurt them, fire issues from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if any wish to hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut up the heaven (to those who practice sexual magic with ejaculation of the semen), that it rain not in the days of their Prophecy, and they have power over the waters (human) to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth (philosophical, the human organism of the fornicators) with every plague, as often as they will (in accordance with the law)” (APOCALYPSE 11:4-6).

Disposition of the Witnesses

The two witnesses are a pair of Semi-Etheric, Semi-Physical sympathetic cords that wind around the spinal medulla, forming the Sacred Eight, the sign of the Infinite. In the male the two witnesses go out from the two testicles, right and left, and in the woman from the ovaries. The two witnesses are situated on the right and left sides of the spinal column. The two witnesses ascend alternately from left to right until they form a marvelous knot in the space between the two eyebrows; then they continue through the nasal fossae.

The two witnesses connect the sexual organs with the nasal fossae. The ganglionic cord that proceeds from the left side is cold, lunar. This pair of nerve cords are gracefully knotted at the coccyx. When the solar and lunar atoms of the seminal system make contact at the Triveni, near the coccyx, the Kundalini awakens.

The sexual union between initiates has only as its object to establish the contact of opposite poles, to awaken the Kundalini. With the sexual contact, the mercury of secret philosophy is multiplied (the seminal liquor increases). On not being ejaculated, the Ens Seminis is transmuted into seminal vapors.

These in turn become energies that bipolarize into positive and negative. The positive are the solar forces. The negative are the lunar forces. The solar and lunar energies rise between the pair of sympathetic cords known as the two witnesses (Ida and Pingala). The medullary canal has an internal orifice which is normally closed in common and ordinary persons. The seminal vapors uncap that orifice so that the Sacred Serpent may enter there within the medullary canal.

It is necessary to warn the Gnostic-Rosicrucian Brethren that they must learn to polarize the sacred fire of the Kundalini. Some devotees eat meat daily, drink alcohol, and, under the pretext of working in the Great Work, beastly enjoy carnal passion (even though they do not spend the Ens Seminis, they feel lust with pleasure). The result is that those devotees then polarize the fire totally in the chakras of the lower abdomen, and they then lose the happiness of enjoying the bliss of the Lotus of a Thousand Petals. That Lotus is situated in the pineal gland; that is the crown of the saints that shines on the head of the great initiates. The Lotus of the Thousand Petals makes us Masters of Samadhi (ecstasy).

The Work in the Laboratorium-Oratorium is a true mystical ceremony that must not be profaned by animal desire, nor by evil thoughts. Sex is the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Temple. Before entering the Sanctum of the Sanctum, purify your mind of every impure thought.

Esoteric Tests

In the Arcanum Eight are enclosed the Initiatic tests. Each initiation, each grade, has its tests. The Initiatic tests are increasingly demanding according to the Initiatic grade. The number Eight is the grade of Job. This sign, this number, signifies tests and sorrows. The Initiatic tests are performed in the superior worlds and in the physical world.

Card Eight of the Tarot

In the Arcanum Eight of the Tarot, a woman appears with a sword in her hand, before the Balance of Cosmic Justice. Truly only she can deliver the sword to the Magician. Without the woman no initiate succeeds in receiving the sword. There exists the Eve Venus, the instinctive woman. The Venus Eve, the noble woman of the home. There exists the Venus Urania, the woman initiated into the great mysteries; and lastly we affirm the existence of the Urania-Venus, the woman of the Adept, the woman realized in depth.

Flaming Fire

The flaming fire opens the Seven Churches of the Apocalypse (Seven magnetic centers of the spinal medulla). With the first center, situated at the level of the sexual organs, we conquer the powers of the earth. With the Second, situated at the level of the prostate, we conquer the waters. With the third, situated at the level of the navel, we conquer the universal fire. With the fourth, situated at the level of the heart, we conquer the air.

The heart is the Sanctuary of Sephira, the Mother of the Sephiroth, the Divine Cosmic Mother. With the fifth center, situated at the level of the creative larynx, we receive the Sacred ear and master the Akasha with which we can preserve the body alive even during the great cosmic nights. With the Sixth center we conquer the magnetic center of the Father, situated between the two eyebrows. Then we become clairvoyants. With the Seventh center, situated in the pineal gland, we receive Polyvidence, intuitive sight, Ecstasy.

Equilibrium of the Balance

The woman of Arcanum Eight of the Tarot has in one hand the Balance and in the other the sword. It is necessary to balance forces; it is necessary and urgent to sanctify ourselves absolutely and practice the Arcanum A.Z.F.; the forces of man and woman are balanced in love and in wisdom.

The double cross of the Pentacles of Pythagoras and of Ezekiel represents the Arcanum Eight. Venus balances the works of Mars; Mercury balances and realizes the works of the Sun and of the Moon, above and below. In the Macro-Cosmos and in the Micro-Cosmos human being. The works of the Sun and the Moon, of man and woman, are balanced and realized by Mercury of Secret Philosophy (the Ens Seminis).

No Yogi or Yogini can ever realize himself without the Arcanum A.Z.F. Those who wish to exclude the Arcanum A.Z.F. from all their Yoga are violating the law of Arcanum Eight. Those are the failures.

Old Saturn balances the Father of the Gods, Thundering Jupiter. That is the law of equilibrium.

Chapter IX

Before entering the Sanctum of the Sanctum, purify your mind of every impure thought. ### Esoteric Tests In the Arcanum Eight are enclosed the Initiatic tests.

Chapter Eleven: ARCANUM IX

In this lesson, we will study the Ninth Key of Basil Valentine (illustration from Viridarium Chymicum).

The Ninth Key represents old Saturn falling and the Goddess Moon rising victorious. The first is the lead and the second is the silver (the Terrestrial Adam, the psychological I). This must fall and die so that within us the Adam Christ may be born. We need to transmute the lead into gold. The lead of the personality must be transmuted into the gold of the Spirit.

The moon Sophic mercury (the Ens Seminis) must rise and return inward and upward. To disincarnate signifies to perpetuate the error.

The Psychological I, the Terrestrial Adam, is born millions of times; it is reincarnated to satisfy desires. The terrestrial births are the perpetuation of ignorance. To be born in spirit and in truth signifies the death of the Terrestrial Adam.

The Adam Christ is born of the seed. The grain, the seed, needs THELEMA (will) so that the SUPERMAN may germinate heroically; the birth of the latter is not the result of evolution. The latter does not need perfecting as many students of occultism suppose. Evolution is simply the movement of universal life according to the concepts of time, space, and movement. Within evolving nature are contained all possibilities. Some become very good and others become very bad. However, the Superman is not the result of any evolution, but the product of a tremendous revolution of the Consciousness.

The Adam Christ is as distinct from the Terrestrial Adam as the lightning is from the black cloud; the lightning is born of the cloud, but is not the cloud. The lightning is the Superman, and the cloud is the human being. To be born is a sexual problem; the path is sexual transmutation. In the Ninth Key, a rectangle appears, representative of the four elements of Alchemy; carefully studying this rectangle, we discover a double circle which wisely symbolizes mercurial matter with its two properties (Generation and Regeneration).

The double circle contains three serpents emerging from three hearts. Truly we need to work with Mercury, Sulfur, and Salt to raise the metal serpent upon the rod. Only by working with the RAW MATERIAL, Mercury — Sulfur — Salt, is the Adam Christ born within us; upon the double circle of mercurial matter, the Phoenix Bird rests, being born from its own ashes. We must be imitators of this mythological bird, but this is only possible by working with the grain.

The eagle of volatility in the Terrestrial Adam is dominated by the raven of putrefaction. The Moon goddess carries upon her head a white swan. We must whiten the raven with sexual transmutation, until it becomes the immaculate swan of the Ascension. In the Ninth Key is enclosed all the symbolism of the Great Work. One cannot work with the Sephirothic tree without being Alchemist and Kabbalist. The sage of Arcanum Nine must seek the treasure in the ninth sphere. We must study the theories and work with the grain. “There cannot exist practice without theory.”

The Ninth Sphere

An occult sentence affirms that “Nothing can come out except by the very door through which it has entered.” We left Eden. Eden is sex itself. Only through the door of sex can we enter Eden. The fetus, after having completed all its process of gestation and when its time has arrived, comes out through the same door through which its germ entered. That is the Law.

The physical body of the human being is the result of nine months of gestation in the maternal cloister. By the law of philosophical analogies, we also deduce that the human species remained being tested for nine ages within the maternal cloister of the Divine Cosmic Mother ISIS – RHEA – CYBELE – MARY – ADONIA – INSOBERTA – KALI, etc.

This return to the starting point is, in authentic Initiation, nothing other than the descent into the Ninth Sphere — the test act for the supreme dignity of the great HIEROPHANT OF THE MYSTERIES.

In the Ninth Sphere is the Lighted Forge of Vulcan (Sex). There descend Mars, to retemper his flaming sword and conquer the heart of Venus (the Venustic initiation); Hercules, to clean the stables of Augeas (the low animal depths); Perseus, to cut off the head of Medusa (the psychological I or terrestrial Adam) with his flaming sword.

All the Great Masters of humanity such as Hermes, Buddha, Jesus, Dante, Zoroaster, etc., had to pass through the maximum test. On the terrible portal of the Ninth Sphere is written that phrase that closes the way to the profane: “Lasciate Ogni Speranza Voi Ch’Entrate.”

The ZOHAR warns us emphatically that in the depth of the Abyss lives the Adam Protoplastos, the differentiating principle of souls. With that principle we must dispute, in a struggle to the death, the victory. The struggle is terrible: brain against sex, sex against brain; and what is more terrible and more painful is that of heart against heart; you know it.

In the heart of the earth, the Sign of the Infinite resplends. The Sign of the Infinite is the Holy Eight.

In this sign are represented the Heart, Brain, and Sex of the Genius of the Earth. The secret name of that genius is Chamgam.

The sign of the infinite is at the center of the Ninth Sphere. The earth has nine atomic strata. In the ninth stratum is the sign of the Infinite. THE NINE INITIATIONS OF MINOR MYSTERIES correspond in stepped fashion with each of these nine terrestrial strata. Each Initiation of Minor Mysteries gives us access to each of these nine terrestrial strata. Only those who have received the nine initiations of Minor Mysteries can arrive at the heart of the earth.

Each terrestrial stratum is guarded by terrible guardians. Secret paths lead the disciple to the heart of the earth. The double Vital current of the Genius of the earth is represented in the sign of the infinite.

The double Vital current sustains and nourishes the whole planet earth; all living beings are organized upon this divine archetype. At the center of the sign of the infinite there exists a divine atom. The nine spheres of atomic vibration are concentrically focused on this atom of the Genius of the Earth. THE HOLY EIGHT RESPLENDS WITH GLORY AT THE CENTER OF THE EARTH.

At the Center of this Holy Eight is the central atom from which THE NINE SPHERES OF UNIVERSAL VIBRATION are focused. THAT IS THE LAW.

Kabbalistic Traditions

Kabbalistic traditions say that Adam had two wives, LILITH and NAHEMAH. Lilith is the mother of abortions, homosexualities, and in general of all crimes against Nature. Nahemah is the malignant and fatal beauty. Nahemah is the mother of adultery and of passional fornication. Every marriage violating the Law is easy to recognize because the day of the wedding, the bride appears bald. The hair being the sacred symbol of modesty in woman, that day she is prohibited from using it; then with the veil she instinctively covers her hair (as if she were keeping it).

The abyss is divided into two great Infrasexual spheres. These are the spheres of Lilith and Nahemah. The inhabitants of the sphere of Lilith give no hope of salvation. The inhabitants of the sphere of Nahemah still give hope of redemption.

Sphere of Lilith

There we find the people who abhor sex. Anchorites, Monks, Mystics, Spiritualists, People of various Pseudo-Occultist organizations, etc. All those infrasexual people hate sex and believe themselves superior to normal sex.

They were established by the infrasexual ones; these mortally hate the Arcanum A.Z.F., but they give themselves special licenses; thus it is not difficult to find Homosexuality lodged in many convents and schools dedicated to spiritualist or Pseudo-Esoteric studies. All the crimes against Nature are found in the Infrasexual Sphere of Lilith.

Sphere of Nahemah

She seduces with the charm of her malignant beauty. Adultery is born of that fatal charm. In the Sphere of Nahemah we find the cruel delights of the kingdom of Infra-sexuality. In the atomic regions of the Infrasexual sphere of Nahemah live all the Don Juans and Doña Inés, or beautiful Hetaerae — some sweet, others cruel. People of normal sex, if they do not live alert and vigilant, can become fatal proselytes of the infrasexual ones; these dress themselves as Saints, Apostles, Anchorites, etc., and believing themselves superior, deceive people of normal sex and convert them into their followers. By people of normal sex let it be understood those who have no sexual conflict of any kind.

Sexuality in persons of normal sex is in perfect equilibrium with the spheres of thought, feeling, and will. THOSE PERSONS DO NOT ABUSE SEX, NOR HAVE ABERRATIONS OF ANY KIND.

The sphere of Suprasexuality is the sphere of internal illumination. Sexual enjoyment precedes mystical ecstasy. Sexual sensations are transmuted into sensations of Ineffable Ecstasy. The age of Mystical Ecstasy is always preceded by the age of Sexual Enjoyment.

THE AGE OF MYSTICAL ECSTASY BEGINS WHERE THE AGE OF SEXUAL ENJOYMENT ENDS. After having received the VENUSTIC INITIATION, after the Adam Christ has been born within us, we must then bring forth the philosophical egg from the rottenness of matter and deliver it to the Son of Man. This signifies to transplant the totality of the sexual energies. We must deliver the totality of the sexual energies to Adam Christ; thus the latter strengthens himself absolutely. The Path is called: SEXUAL TRANSMUTATION AND SUBLIMATION. Everyone who reaches these heights is a Master of Samadhi.

The same energy that produces sexual sensations, when transmuted, produces then mystical ecstasy. Christ, Buddha, Hermes, Quetzalcoatl, and many other Avatars were Suprasexual.

Vulcan

Sexual energy is manifested in three different types. The First type relates to the reproduction of the species; the Second to the spheres of thought and will; the Third to the world of Pure Spirit.

All processes related to sexual transmutation are made possible with the intervention of the Vital Body. This is the archeus that elaborates blood and semen in the human organism. This is the Vulcan that transmutes the seminal liquor into Christic energy. The Vital Body is the vehicle of the Soul-Consciousness in the human being. The Consciousness is flame, and the Vital Body is the Wick. Vulcan exists in the Micro-Cosmos and in the Macro-Cosmos, in the human being and in Nature. The great Vulcan of Nature is Eden; this is the Etheric Plane.

Cosmic Rhythms

Every Alchemist fledgling, after having been crowned, gradually distances himself from the sexual act. The secret connubium becomes ever more distanced according to certain cosmic rhythms marked by the oriental Gong. Thus the sexual energies are sublimated and transmuted into CONTINUOUS ECSTASY.

The fledgling of Alchemy who in preceding reincarnations worked in the Magistracy of Fire performs this Laboratory work in a relatively short time. Those who for the first time work in the Great Work need at least twenty years (20) of intensive work, to enter the second stage of twenty years (20) to slowly withdraw from Laboratory work. Total, forty years (40) to perform all the work. When the alchemist spills the vessel of Hermes, the fire of the hearth of the Laboratory is extinguished, and all the work is lost.

Mantra of Sexual Magic

KAWLAKAW is the Inner God. SAWLASAW is the terrestrial human being, and ZEESAR is the astral body. These powerful Mantras develop all our internal powers. We already spoke also of INRI and its modifications. The alchemist must not forget any of these Mantras.

The Arcanum nine of the Tarot. “The Hermit,” prudent and wise, wrapped in the protective mantle of Apollonius which symbolizes prudence, leans on the staff of the Patriarchs and is illumined by the lamp of Hermes (Wisdom). The alchemist must always do the will of the Father; he must be humble to attain Wisdom, and after attaining it he must be still more humble than anyone; better to keep silent and die. By the dying of the Adam of sin, the Adam Christ is born.

Chapter Twelve: ARCANUM X

In this lesson we will study the Arcanum ten (X) of the Tarot. It is necessary to analyze the cosmogonic wheel of Ezekiel. In this Wheel we find the battling of the Antitheses. Hermanubis rises by the right of the fatal wheel, and Typhon descends by the left. This is the wheel of the centuries, of the reincarnations, and of Karma. Upon the wheel is the mystery of the sphinx, grasping in its Lion claws the Flaming Sword.

This is the wheel of the antithesis. The Bronze Serpent that healed the Israelites in the desert and the terrible tempter serpent of Eden battle each other mutually. In this wheel is enclosed all the secret of the tree of knowledge. From the single fountain issue the four rivers of Paradise, of which one runs through the thick jungle of the sun, watering the philosophical earth of the gold of Light; and the other circulates tenebrous and turbid through the Kingdom of the Abyss. Light and darkness, White Magic and Black Magic, battle each other mutually. Eros and Anteros, Cain and Abel live within ourselves in intense battling, until, discovering the mystery of the sphinx, we grasp the flaming sword; then we are freed from the wheel of the centuries.

Lunar Consciousness

Lunar consciousness sleeps profoundly; this is the product of unfaithful memory; the human being is only conscious of what he remembers; no one can be conscious of things he does not remember. The Adam of Sin is memory. It is the same disincarnating I, it is the lunar consciousness.

The clairvoyants affirm that it is constituted by atoms of the secret enemy. It is a tenebrous remnant of our lunar past (the Larva of the Threshold).

Our Gnostic disciples must understand that this type of lunar consciousness signifies something of which to be conscious, and someone who is conscious of that. Lunar consciousness is subject to every kind of limitations, qualifications, restrictions, reactions; it is a product of matter, the result of the inheritance of the race, of the family, of habits, customs, prejudices, desires, fears, cravings, etc. The Adam of Sin with his lunar consciousness reincarnates supposedly to gain experience in the school of life. The experiences complicate and strengthen the Adam of Sin. The innocent humanity of Eden is now the terrible and perverse humanity of the Atomic Bomb and the Hydrogen Bomb.

The innocent child becomes, through experiences, the cunning, distrustful, malicious, avaricious, fearful old man; that is the lunar consciousness. The Devil is the Devil and is never perfected. The great master H. P. Blavatsky said: “Fortify your soul against the snares of the I, make it worthy of the name of ‘DIAMOND-SOUL.’”

Solar Consciousness

There exist changes in the consciousness and changes of consciousness. All development of consciousness gives rise to changes in it. The changes in consciousness are superficial and useless. We need a change of consciousness. When we dissolve Lunar consciousness, SOLAR consciousness is born within us.

It is necessary that the Adam of Sin die within us so that the Adam Christ may be born within us. When we liberate the solar electronic matter enclosed in the seminal atoms, we grasp the flaming sword.

PERSEUS descends to the Lighted Forge of Vulcan to decapitate the ADAM OF SIN (Medusa) with his flaming sword. John the Baptist is decapitated and CHRIST crucified to save the world. The beheading of the innocent children (the Initiates) is repetition of the Initiation. Then within us is born the Solar consciousness; this contains within itself the knower, the knowledge, and the thing known. Three in one, One in Three. Solar consciousness is Omnipresent — Omnipenetrating. Solar consciousness frees the human being from the fatal wheel of the centuries.

Sexual Cycles

Uranus is the octave of Venus; it governs the masculine and feminine phases of sex; it has a sexual cycle of 84 years; this cycle is divided into periods of 42 years, POSITIVE MASCULINE and NEGATIVE FEMININE. Uranus always presents its poles toward the Sun.

For 42 years it presents the Positive Pole, and for 42 years the Negative Pole. Now we understand where the alternating stimulus of the two sexes is born. THE MARVELOUS BIORHYTHM of 84 years. The wheel of the centuries turns in periods of FORTY. Half is imposed on the masculine sex, and the other half on the feminine sex. The sexual cycle of Uranus is in accord with the average of human life, which means that in mature age the antithesis of the sexual cycle in which we were born vibrates within us. Then we feel ourselves sexually stimulated. We understand why men and women at forty are really ready to work in the Great Work, and sexual feelings are most vigorous at this age.

Light and Consciousness

Light and consciousness are two phenomena of one and the same thing. At a greater degree of Christ consciousness, Greater degree of Light. The Christ consciousness of the Sun is being gradually absorbed by the planets. When the planets of our solar system have integrally absorbed the Divine Solar Consciousness, then life, light, and heat will no longer occupy only the astronomical position of the sun; then the whole solar system will shine like a Sun. That is the case of the giant sun ANTARES, a million times more rarefied than our sun. In the solar system of Antares, the light is not localized solely in its sun; each of the planets has become a sun; the planetary humanities enjoy solar consciousness; the result of that bliss is the splendor of the solar system of Antares.

The Ten Sephiroth

Ten Sephiroth are spoken of. There are really Twelve Sephiroth. The AIN SOPH is the Eleventh, and its tenebrous antithesis is the abyss; it is the Twelfth Sephirah.

They are twelve spheres or universal regions that penetrate and interpenetrate each other without becoming confused. The twelve spheres gravitate in the central atom of the sign of the Infinite. In these twelve spheres a solar humanity unfolds itself. We have already said that the sign of the Infinite is at the center of the earth, in its heart. The Ten Sephiroth of universal vibration emanate from the Ain Soph, which is the Micro-Cosmic Star that guides our interior. THE REAL BEING OF OUR BEING.

From it are detached the ten Sephiroth thus:

First Kether, the Ancient of Days.

Second Chokmah, the region of Wisdom.

Third Binah, intelligence.

Fourth Chesed, the world of the Innermost.

Fifth Geburah, the world of the soul-consciousness, the region of rigor and of justice.

Sixth Tiphereth, the causal world, the region of will, equilibrium, and beauty.

Seventh Netzach, the region of victory, the world of the mental human being (everyone who succeeds in freeing himself from the four bodies of sin is a Buddha).

Eighth Hod, the splendor, the region of the Astral body.

Ninth Yesod, the foundation, the sex, the etheric plane.

Tenth Malkuth; the kingdom in general, the physical world. Malkuth is a supreme filter; from this region we go forth for the Ain Soph or for the abyss; that is the law.

The Sephiroth are atomic; the Ten Sephiroth can be reduced to three tables.

First: Table of Quanta, of the radiant energy that comes from the Sun.

Second: Table of Atomic Weights of the elements of nature.

Third: Table of molecular weights of the compounds; this is the Ladder of Jacob, which goes from the earth to the sky.

All the worlds of cosmic consciousness are reduced to three tables. All the ten known Sephiroth derive from Sephira, the Divine Mother, who resides in the Heart Temple.

Direct Key for Direct Knowledge

It is necessary that our Gnostic disciples learn to go out of the physical body in their interior vehicles in full consciousness, to enter the various Sephirothic regions.

It is necessary to know directly the twelve spheres of universal vibration where all beings of the Universe unfold and live. Let the disciple concentrate on the Heart Chakra where the Divine Cosmic Mother dwells; let the disciple plead with Sephira, the mother of the Sephiroth, begging her to take him out of the body and lead him to the different departments of the kingdom to study directly the Sephiroth of the Kabbalah. Let the disciple pray much and meditate on the Divine Mother and mentally vocalize the following Kabbalistic Mantras:

“LIFAROS – LIFAROS – LICANTO – LIGORIA.”

Vocalize these Mantras syllabifying them. If you observe carefully the intelligent phonetics of these Mantras, the three vowels I.A.O. of the great mysteries stand out.

In these sacred Mantras of the Kabbalah, I.A.O. is hidden and combined. The disciple must fall asleep mentally vocalizing these four Kabbalistic Mantras. On awakening from normal sleep, it is necessary to practice a retrospective exercise to remember what we saw and heard during sleep.

Initiation

Flee from those who sell INITIATIONS. Remember, good devotee, that Initiation is your very life. If you wish initiation, write it upon a rod (he who has understanding, let him understand, for here is wisdom). The Path of Liberation is represented by the life, passion, death, resurrection, and ascension of our Adorable Savior. Remember that the I receives no Initiations. Do not presume to be Initiated. Do not say “I have so many Initiations,” “I have such Powers,” because that is arrogance and vanity. Only the Innermost receives initiations. You, poor human, are no more than the sinful shadow of him who has never sinned. Strive to die more and more in Yourself, so that within You may be born the “Son of Man.”

Chapter XI

Our Gnostic disciples must understand that this type of lunar consciousness signifies something of which to be conscious, and someone who is conscious of that.

Chapter Thirteen: ARCANUM XI

This lesson corresponds to the study of the Arcanum eleven of the Tarot. The Hieroglyphic of this Arcanum is a beautiful woman crowned with the sacred sign of the Infinite, who tranquilly and with Olympian serenity closes with her own hands the jaws of a furious Lion.

The thrones of the Divine Kings were adorned with Lions of solid Gold. Gold means the Sacred fire of the Kundalini. This reminds us of Horus, Gold. We need to transmute the lead of the personality into the Gold of the Spirit; this work is only possible in the Alchemist’s Laboratory.

When the alchemist fledgling is crowned, he is transformed into a God of Fire; then he opens with his own hands the terrible jaws of the furious Lion. The potable Gold of Alchemy is the Sacred Fire of the Holy Spirit. The Linkage of the Cross-Man with the Triangle-Spirit would be impossible without potable gold.

The Number 11

This number consists of two unities which Heinrich Khunrath translates into these two words: Coagula Solve. We need to accumulate the Sacred fire, and then learn to project it. The key is in the connection of the Membrum Virile with the Genitalia Muliebris: Stillness of the Membrum Virile and of the Genitalia Muliebris; from time to time gentle movement. Transmute animal instincts into will.

Sexual passion into love. Lustful thoughts into comprehension; and thus vocalize the secret Mantras. Eleven is decomposed Kabbalistically thus: 1 plus 1 equals 2. (1 masculine; 2 feminine.)

The Pairs of Opposites of the Holy Alchemy

Chinese Alchemy

Heaven is masculine, as Yang, and its element is fire. The earth is feminine, as Yin, and its element is water. In the TAOIST doctrine we find White Tantrism. The Yin-Yang and the Dragon and the Tiger are the axis of Taoism. According to the Taoist interpretation, the Yin-Yang is the product of T’AI CHI, the raw material of the universe, and from the sexual union of this pair of opposites results creation. In the White Tantrism of India and Tibet exists the MAITHUNA (Sexual Magic).

WHITE TANTRIC BUDDHISM, CHINESE TAOISM, AND THE LEGITIMATE TIBETAN YOGAS practice with the Arcanum A.Z.F. Only the infrasexual pseudo-Yogis, which abound so much in America and Asia, hate the arcanum A.Z.F. Chinese Alchemy is the foundation of the authentic schools of Yoga. The Yellow Lodges are schools of regeneration. The infrasexual ones mortally hate the schools of Regeneration.

Schools of Regeneration

To regenerate signifies to generate anew — that is, to recreate oneself, to create oneself again. This being born anew is an absolutely Sexual problem. The Schools of regeneration are governed by Neptune. This planet has a cycle of 165 years. Said cycle controls the epochs of public and secret activities of these schools. The esotericism of the schools of regeneration is the Arcanum A.Z.F. The masters of those schools teach the disciples the science that permits them to dissolve the self-itself.

It is necessary that the No-itself be born within us. “SOMETHING OLD MUST DIE IN THE HUMAN BEING AND SOMETHING NEW MUST BE BORN.” Regeneration signifies creating within ourselves a new Cosmos. Only by working with the Lion of Fire is this creation possible. The chakras of the sexual glands are controlled by Uranus, but the schools of Regeneration are of the Neptunian type.

The Great Astrologers affirm that the Pineal gland is influenced by Neptune. The potency of the Pineal Gland depends on sexual potency. Throughout History great Schools of Regeneration have existed. It suffices to remember the Alchemist School of the Rosicrucians, which became secret in the year 1620. To mind come Schools such as Aryavarta Ashrama of Tibet. The Sect of the Manicheans of Persian origin. The famous Sufis with their Sacred dances. The Templars, etc., etc. All those were schools of Regeneration; in all of them the “Coitus Reservatus” was practiced. The Schools of Regeneration constitute the golden chain of the White Lodge.

Projection of Fire

The Kundalini can be projected to any Chakra or to any distant place; in the cervical vertebrae the Kundalini is wont to take the form of the Quetzal (this is the Bird of Minerva). In the supreme moment of the Sacred Copulation we can send the Bird of Fire to each of the Seven Chakras to awaken them totally. The two Quetzals, of Male and Female, nourish themselves with the Water of the Well (the Ens Seminis). The man and the woman can command the Quetzal, and the Bird of Fire will obey. The powerful Mantra “JAO, RI” is the secret key that confers upon us the power to command the Quetzal. This Miraculous Bird can transform our face for us in cases of grave danger, can make us invisible, can awaken for us any Chakra of the astral body, can heal a distant sick person, etc.

Imagination

There exist two kinds of imagination. Mechanical imagination (FANTASIES), and Conscious Imagination (CLAIRVOYANCE).

Gnostic students must learn to utilize Conscious Imagination.

Practice

Seated in a comfortable chair or lying in dorsal decubitus, the Disciple must quiet his mind and his emotions.

Now let him imagine the marvelous Quetzal floating over his head.

Let him mentally vocalize the power Mantra PROWEOA. With this Mantra he will attract to his imagination the Divine Image of the Quetzal — splendid bird with beautiful plumage and long tail. The Disciple must familiarize himself with that bird and learn to handle it; with it he can awaken his internal powers.

The Mantra PROWEOA, much used by the schools of the great golden chain, allows us to bring to conscious imagination any image of the Superior worlds. Then we see clairvoyantly. The alchemist must utilize this Mantra during the sexual magic trance to see the Quetzal.

Chapter XII

Gnostic students must learn to utilize Conscious Imagination. ### Practice Seated in a comfortable chair or lying in dorsal decubitus, the Disciple must quiet his mind and his emotions.

Chapter Fourteen: ARCANUM XII

We must now study the Arcanum twelve of the Tarot. The Chinese tradition speaks of the ten TRUNKS (SHIKAN) and the twelve Branches. These are the Ten Sephiroth and the twelve faculties of the Human being. It is necessary to know that the Seven Chakras and the Five Senses are the Twelve Faculties. The Universe came out of the Chinese Hoel-Tun. This is the primordial chaos. THE TEN TRUNKS AND THE TWELVE BRANCHES came out of the Chaos. This, in Alchemy, is the Ens Seminis, the lapis philosophorum or philosopher’s stone.

All the MISTERIUM MAGNUM is enclosed in that sum Matter.

The Alchemist must extract from this Universal Menstruum the Potable Gold to attain the Linkage of the Cross with the Triangle. Before this Linkage of the Cross with the Triangle, we have no real existence. The Four Bodies of Sin (Physical, Etheric, Astral, Mental) are controlled by the I.

This is not the Divine Being of the human. Truly the I is a total sum of successive I’s: John the drunkard, John the libertine, John the intellectual, John the religious, John the businessman, John the young, John the mature, John the old, etc., etc., are a succession of I’s, a succession of phantoms that are inevitably condemned to death. The I does not constitute the whole of the human being. John fought in the bar, John became religious, John became a bandit; this is a dance of Johns; which is the real one? While we do not escape from the multiplicity of all these fallacious I’s, we cannot affirm that we have Real existence.

The human being has not yet incarnated his IMMORTAL SOUL (his Divine Being); from this point of view we can affirm that the human being does not yet have Real existence. The annihilation of all those false and so-called centers of consciousness is only possible by denying oneself.

We are astonished to see so many students of occultism, attaching to themselves beautiful and sonorous names and clothing themselves in tunics of Great Masters, when they do not yet have even REAL existence.

It is necessary to annihilate the I to have REAL existence. Do you wish to drink? Do not drink. Do you wish to smoke? Do not smoke. Are you struck on the right cheek? Turn the left. The Supreme Denial of self is found in the coitus. Not to ejaculate the Ens Seminis, to deny oneself in the supreme moment, is absolute sacrifice of the I; the result of such denial of self is the awakening of the Kundalini. The fire burns the dross of evil and in the long run dissolves the I absolutely. The Fire is the Potable Gold.

The Great Work

The Great Work is represented by the Arcanum twelve of the Tarot. In this card we see a man hanging by one foot. The hands of this man are tied behind his back so that his body forms a triangle with the point, and his legs a cross above the triangle; all the work has as its object to acquire Soul — that is, to attain the Linkage of the Cross with the Triangle. THAT IS THE GREAT WORK. Card twelve of the Tarot is Sexual Alchemy. The Cross-man must link with the Triangle-Spirit, by means of sexual fire.

According to the Chinese, the God Fu-Ji (the Adam Christ) is born at midnight, on the fourth day of the tenth moon, and at precisely Twelve years. The Virgin Hoa-Se walking on the bank of the river (the seminal liquor) conceives in her womb the Christ upon placing her foot on the footprint of the Great Man. These Quantities of 4-10-12 you must study in the light of lessons 4, 10, and 12 of the present course.

White and Black Tantrism

There exist in the Orient two kinds of Tantrism. In Positive Tantrism the ejaculation of the Ens Seminis is not taught. In Negative Tantrism Ejaculation of the Ens Seminis is practiced. There also exists Gray Tantrism, in which importance is not given to the matter of Seminal Ejaculation. This is most dangerous because it can lead the students to Negative Tantrism (Black Tantrism). Positive Sexual Yoga is practiced without ejaculation of the seminal liquor. There exists a Tantric Sadhana for the connection of the Membrum Virile and of the Genitalia Muliebris. This connection is performed after an exchange of caresses between the man and the woman. The couple remains still and with the mind blank so that the I does not intervene; thus they reach ecstasy during the Tantric Sadhana.

All the work is performed by the Tantric Yogis under the direction of a Guru. The only serious thing that exists in India is White Tantrism. This prohibits the Ejaculation of the Ens Seminis.

The Twelfth Key of Basil Valentine

The Arcanum twelve, The Apostleship, is profoundly studied in the twelfth key of Basil Valentine. The important thing is to comprehend it. In the same way that the Lion transforms the Serpent into its own flesh when it devours it, so also the Philosopher’s Stone or powder of projection (Red Lion or Living Fire) has the power to transform or transmute the imperfect metals into its own igneous substance. The base metals are the false values that constitute the I.

The fire transmutes them, and then the I dissolves. Thus we acquire SOUL, BEING, IS, DIFFERENT BEING. Without the ferment of Gold (fire), no one can compose the philosopher’s stone or develop the tincturing virtue. The Tincture of Fire has the power to penetrate all the internal bodies to transform them radically. Like is united with like to transform it. Fire transmutes the lead of the personality into the Gold of the Spirit. The synthesis of the Great Work is represented by three serpents that symbolize mercury, sulfur, and salt.

The Phoenix Bird rises from its own ashes. The Alchemists must work for 12 hours to attain the ferment of gold. Behold the Arcanum twelve of the Kabbalah. Whoever possesses Fermented Gold can have the bliss of Really Being.

Non-Identification

The human being is a sleeping machine. If you wish to awaken from the deep sleep in which you live, DO NOT identify yourself with pleasures, desires, emotions, dramas, scenes of your life, etc., etc. At each step call yourself to vigilance; remember, good disciple, that people are dreaming; observe people in their dreams; analyze all those dreams that humanity is living, but do not identify yourself so that you may awaken. People believe they are awake because they are not lying down, but they have their consciousness deeply asleep and they dream; everything you see among people is simply dreams. Remember that Non-identification does not mean abandoning your duties as Father, Mother, or Son, etc. But do not identify yourself. Thus you will awaken from the deep sleep in which you live.

Chapter XIII

The human being has not yet incarnated his IMMORTAL SOUL (his Divine Being); from this point of view we can affirm that the human being does not yet have Real existence.

Chapter Fifteen: ARCANUM XIII

Today’s study will be the Arcanum thirteen of the Tarot. This is the Arcanum of Death.

Truly Death is the return to the Womb. Life and Death are two phenomena of one and the same thing. Death is a subtraction of whole numbers. Once the operation is completed, only the values of consciousness remain. These, seen with Clairvoyance, seem a legion of phantoms that continue. The reincarnation of values is the mechanics of Nature. Truly the Soul is not reincarnated because the human being has not yet incarnated his Soul. Only the values are reincarnated.

Embryo of Soul

The human being only has an Embryo of Soul. This embryo can be developed and strengthened with Sexual Magic. Sometimes the Embryo believes itself to be the whole and forgets its origin. When this happens, we fail totally.

Immortality

The human being must attain immortality. He does not yet have it. Only those who have incarnated their soul are immortal.

Mind

It is said that the human being has a mind. We say that the human being has many minds; each phantom of the Plural I has its mind and even its self-independence. The human being is a sleeping machine, handled by the Legion of the I. We need to engender the CHRIST MIND.

Astral Christ

Whoever engenders the ASTRAL CHRIST CAN BECOME IMMORTAL in that body. The Astral Christ is only born with Sexual Magic. Those persons who in past reincarnations engendered the Astral Christ preserve the memory of their past lives and know how to enter and leave the body at will. Those persons are IMMORTAL.

True Identity

The common and ordinary human being has no True Identity, because through Him only all the phantoms of the Pluralized I are expressed. After death the human being is Legion.

The Soul

Whoever incarnates the Soul acquires true identity. HE IS. The human being is still an Unachieved Being.

Will

The human being confuses the Force of Desire with the Will. We need to engender the Christ Will.

The Laboratorium Oratorium

The Adept and his Wife must work together in the Laboratorium Oratorium. In the Nuptial Chamber the King and the Queen perform their Alchemical combinations. Outside the Royal Chamber the ravens of Putrefaction devour the Sun and the Moon. (Blackening and putrefaction of the Internal Chrysalises or Bodies of Sin.) In a tomb of glass the Bodies of Sin rot. The tomb of Glass is the Alchemical Vessel. The Souls take flight (symbol of the Butterfly that emerges from the Chrysalis, symbol of the Christified vehicles that emerge from their Chrysalises).

A Hermaphroditic body (Moon and Sun) comes to life with the celestial influence of the dew (the Ens Seminis). The Hermaphroditic Body consists of the internal Christic vehicles that were engendered with Sexual Magic. All these Christic Vehicles penetrate and interpenetrate each other without becoming confused. When a human being possesses these vehicles, he incarnates his Soul. No human being is truly human while he does not possess these Christic Bodies.

The Retort of Alchemy

Within the Retort is the Raw Material of the Great Work. This Venerable Matter is very volatile and is not fixed; its special characteristic is instability and variability. Lighting the Sexual Fire under the Retort of Alchemy, the Venerable Matter is heated and is melted.

On arriving at this part of the work, the venerable matter has become a most beautiful child radiant with beauty: The Soma Puchicón, the Body of Gold; with this precious vehicle we can consciously visit all the departments of the Kingdom. Giving new properties to this alloy of Alchemy, there then appears within the Astral phantom, the ASTRAL CHRIST. Most precious child that confers upon us immortality. When this Second Body has been formed, comes the problem of integrally comprehending all the powers and knowledge acquired. This is only possible by giving this alloy the Christic Intelligence. The precious vehicle of the CHRIST MIND rises happily in the Retort of the Laboratory. It comes out of the interior of the Mental Phantom.

Once all this work is completed, something is still missing. The CHRIST WILL is missing. By intensely reheating the Retort of the Laboratory, a divine child comes to life. The Christ Will. The Divine Body of the Soul. Those who have succeeded in creating all these Christic vehicles within the Retort of Alchemy incarnate the Soul Totally, Integrally. Only those who succeed in INCARNATING THE SOUL deserve the precious title of Human Beings. Only this class of true Human Beings can rise to the Kingdom of the Super-Human Being. Only this class of true Human Beings can receive the Elixir of Long Life.

No sketch of a human being can incarnate the Soul. No Soulless one can receive the Elixir of Long Life. One must create the Christic vehicles to incarnate the Soul. Only those who Incarnate the Soul have the right to receive the Marvelous Elixir that elevates us to the kingdom of the Super-Human Being.

Scales of Serpents — Chrysalises of Butterflies

The Etheric, Astral, Mental, and Causal Phantoms, after each One of the Great Initiations of Major Mysteries, resemble Scales of Serpents abandoned by them, or Chrysalises of Butterflies abandoned after these have flown. The work of human beings, Angels, and Gods after the great Initiations is precisely to Disintegrate Shells and Dissolve the Pluralized I. (Ahamkara), the Karmic residues of the Gods are precisely these phantoms of the I.

Elixir of Long Life

Every human being who Incarnates the Soul can ask for the Elixir of long life. This is a gas of immaculate whiteness. This gas is deposited in the vital depth of the human organism.

Resurrection

On the third day the INITIATE in astral body comes before His Holy Sepulcher, accompanied by the Divine Hierarchies. The Initiate invokes his body, and the latter, with the help of the Divine Hierarchies, rises, penetrating into the Hyperspace. Thus he succeeds in escaping from the Sepulcher. In the Supra-Sensible worlds of the Hyper-Space, the Holy Women treat the body of the Initiate with drugs and aromatic ointments. Obeying Supreme orders, the body then penetrates into the Soul of the Master through the Sidereal Head.

Thus the Master comes again into possession of his body. This is the Gift of Cupid. After the Resurrection the Master does not die again; he is eternal. The Christ Yogi of India, the Immortal BABAJI and his Immortal Sister MATAJI have lived with their physical body for millions of years. These Immortals are the watchers of the Guardian Wall that protects Humanity.

The Great Service

The immortals can appear and disappear instantaneously. They make themselves visible in the physical world at will. Cagliostro, Saint Germain, Quetzalcoatl, and many other immortals have done Great Works in the world.

The Superhuman Being

We must first be complete human beings; later, after the Resurrection, we rise in fact to the Kingdom of the Superhuman Being. The current human being is no more than a phantom of a human being.

Chapter Sixteen: ARCANUM XIV

Most beloved Disciples:

We will now study the Arcanum fourteen of the Tarot.

It is fitting to know that the profound wisdom of this Arcanum is classically divided into three parts:

TRANSMUTATION.

TRANSFORMATION.

TRANSUBSTANTIATION.

We will study each of these three parts separately.

Transmutation

In Card fourteen appears an Angel that has the sign of the Sun on its forehead; if we observe the chest of the Angel, we will see there the square and the Triangle of Gnostic Esotericism. The Angel has two cups, which it mixes with each other. In one is The White Elixir. In the other the Red Elixir. From the intelligent mixture of these two substances results the “Elixir of Long Life.”

When the Septenary Man is united sexually with the septenary Woman, a sum is made that results in the Arcanum 14 of the Tarot. It is fitting to affirm in passing that Man has seven principles, the same as Woman. Sex is the most important and most rapid center of the Human being. The process of creating a new being is performed within the law of musical octaves. The seven notes of the Musical Scale are the basis of all creation. If we transmute the creative energy, we initiate a new Octave in the Etheric world, the result of which is the birth of the SOMA PUCHICÓN (THE WEDDING SUIT OF THE SOUL).

With this vehicle we can consciously penetrate all the Departments of the Kingdom. The third Octave allows us to engender the true Astral. THE ASTRAL CHRIST. On reaching these heights, the old phantom Astral remains reduced to an empty shell that gradually disintegrates; the fourth Octave allows us to engender the CHRIST MIND; this vehicle gives us true Wisdom and Unity of Thought. Only the one who engenders the Christ Mind has the right to say “I HAVE A MENTAL BODY.” The current mental body is only a phantom of a façade. Truly this one becomes a hollow shell when the true mind is born; then it disintegrates, is reduced to Cosmic Dust.

The fifth musical Octave engenders the true causal body; on reaching these heights, we incarnate the Soul; then we already have real existence. Before this instant we have no real existence.

Work with the Prostatic Chakra

Immediately the daily Work with the Arcanum A.Z.F. is ended, the Alchemist must lie down in dorsal decubitus (Face-Up) and work with the Prostatic Chakra. This chakra is most important in high magic.

The Alchemist inhales the vital air, holds the breath, and in those instants directs the nervous current downward toward the Prostate, with the intention of closing those sphincters which exist between the seminal vesicles and the urethra. That effort of sending the electro-nervous currents must be similar to the effort the woman makes when she strives to give birth. In those moments the woman pushes, and from her larynx the letter “M” comes out. Krumm Heller says that initiation must begin with the letters “M” and “S.” We wish to be born in the internal worlds. We must also use the “M” like one who pushes. It is a matter of being born, and we must Be Born.

Then we exhale slowly, await the breath to return naturally, and on inhaling, we mentally pump; we make the creative energy rise through the two channels of Ida and Pingala up to the Chalice (Brain). We repeat the effort and continue.

Imagination and Will

Imagination is feminine; will is masculine. When we work with the prostatic Chakra, we must unite these two powers in ALCHEMICAL nuptials, to promote the ascent of the Creative Energy. First: Through the sympathetic channels of the Physical body; second, through the sympathetic channels of the Etheric body; third, through the sympathetic channels of the body of desires; fourth, through the sympathetic channels of the causal body. Advanced students must take the creative energy up to the Ain Soph.

Heart

After some time of practice, the student must learn to conduct the creative energy from the brain to the Heart (THE ARCANUM FOURTEEN IS THE ARCANUM OF TEMPERANCE).

Transformation (Second Aspect of the Arcanum Fourteen)

A Body in “Jinas” state can assume any figure. Circe transformed the Men into pigs. The legend says that Apuleius was converted into an ass. The Latin Mantras for transformation are these: “EST SIT, ESTO, FIAT.” Only in Jinas state can we transform ourselves.

Key of Jinas

Let the devotee sit at a table. Position of arms crossed on the table; let him fall asleep at will with the head resting on his arms. The Student must relax the Mind.

It is relaxed by emptying it of all thought until it remains blank. Then let him imagine the drowsiness that precedes sleep, identify himself with it, and fall asleep. When the student feels himself dozing, let him rise from his seat preserving the sleep, thus like a sleepwalker; the student will give a long jump with the intention of plunging himself with his physical body into the Hyper-Space. Immediately he will mark with a pencil the exact spot where the jump ended. The next day he will repeat the experiment, marking with a pencil the spot where his foot landed.

As the Student practices, he will notice that the jump becomes longer and longer. The day will come when he gives a jump beyond the normal. This will greatly gladden the Student, because it will indicate to him that his body is already penetrating into the Hyper-Space. Constancy, patience, will, tenacity, will at last give the triumph to the Student; on any day the Student will already be able to sustain himself definitively within space. He has penetrated with his body into the internal worlds; he is in a state of “Jinas.” Then he will be able to transport himself to any place on Earth in a few instants. He will be an investigator of the superior worlds.

Jinn Geniuses

On initiating the “Jinas” practice, one must invoke the “Jinn” Geniuses. The devotee will invoke many times Oguara, thus:

“I believe in God; I believe in Oguara and in all the Geniuses of the Jinn science; take me to all the Temples of the Jinn Science with my body. ¡Oguara! ¡Oguara! ¡Oguara! Take me” (This invocation is repeated thousands of times before falling asleep).

Transubstantiation (Third Part of the Arcanum Fourteen)

The Last Supper of the Adorable Savior of the World dates from Archaic epochs. The great lord of Atlantis also practiced it, like Christ Jesus.

This is a ceremony of blood, a pact of Blood. The Apostles each brought their Blood in a cup and then mixed it with the Royal Blood of the ADORABLE one in the Chalice of the Last Supper (the Holy Grail). Thus the Astral Bodies of the Apostles are united to the Astral of the Christ, by means of the pact of Blood. The Apostles drank from the Blood contained in the Chalice; Jesus also drank.

The Holy Gnostic Union is united to the last Supper by the pact of Blood. When the Christic atoms descend to the bread and wine, this becomes in fact the flesh and blood of the Christ. This is the TRANSUBSTANTIATION.

Chapter XV

If we transmute the creative energy, we initiate a new Octave in the Etheric world, the result of which is the birth of the SOMA PUCHICÓN (THE WEDDING SUIT OF THE SOUL).

Chapter Seventeen: ARCANUM XV

We are now going to study the Arcanum fifteen of the Tarot. We are going to study the Goat of Mendes, Typhon Baphomet, the Devil.

“THE ALCHEMIST MUST STEAL THE FIRE FROM THE DEVIL.” When we work with the Arcanum A.Z.F., we steal the fire from the Devil; thus we become Gods. On the forehead of the Goat resplends the ESOTERIC PENTAGRAM. The Caduceus of Mercury replaces the sexual organs. In synthesis, we can say that this Caduceus of Mercury represents the sexual organs. Every Alchemist needs to work with the Caduceus of Mercury. This work is performed with Transmutation; when we steal the fire from the Devil, the Star of five Points resplends.

We need to develop the Kundalini and dissolve the I; only thus do we attain Liberation.

Work with the Devil

The Initiates of the fourth way (The way of the cunning man) call “WORK WITH THE DEVIL” the process of dissolution of the I. The tenebrous ones are wont to attack violently. Everyone who works with the dissolution of the I, not being a demon, is yet often surrounded by Demons. The non-Initiated Clairvoyants, when they see a Man thus, judge him erroneously, slandering him as a Demon. The initiates of the way of the cunning man become enigmatic. The disciples of the path become confused when they contemplate black candles on the Altars of these Initiates; then, as is natural, they judge them erroneously.

Techniques for the Dissolution of the I

The I exercises control over the five inferior centers of the human Machine; These five centers are: THOUGHT, FEELING, MOVEMENT, INSTINCT, AND SEX.

The two superior centers of the human being, such as the SUPERIOR MIND and the SUPERIOR EMOTION, cannot be controlled by the I. If we wish to dissolve the I, we must Study it in the five inferior centers; we need comprehension. It is urgent to comprehend the actions and reactions of each of the five inferior centers of the human machine. The I works with these five inferior centers, and by comprehending in depth the activity of each of those five inferior centers, we are on the way to dissolving the I.

Two persons react to a representation in different ways. What is agreeable to one person may be disagreeable to another. The difference is often that one person may judge and see with the mind, and another may be touched in his feelings. We must learn to differentiate the Mind from Feeling. The mind is one thing, and Feeling another. In the mind exists a whole play of ACTIONS AND REACTIONS that must be carefully comprehended. In feeling there exist affections that must be crucified, emotions that must be studied, and in general a whole mechanism of actions and reactions that is easily confused with the activities of the Mind.

Movement

We need to Self-Discover ourselves and comprehend our habits in depth. We must not permit our life to continue unfolding mechanically. It seems incredible that we, living within the molds of habits, do not know these molds that condition our life; we need to study our habits. We need to comprehend our habits. We need to self-observe ourselves in our manner of speaking, dressing, walking, etc., etc.

Habits belong to the MOTION CENTER. Games, football, tennis, and all sports in general pertain to this center; when the mind interferes in this center, it obstructs and damages, because the mind is very slow and the motion center is very rapid. When a typist works with the motion center, he may err on the keyboard if the mind intervenes; a man driving an automobile might suffer an accident if the mind were to intervene.

Instinct

There exist various instincts: INSTINCT OF CONSERVATION, the SEXUAL INSTINCT, etc.; there also exist many perversions of the Instinct.

In every human being there exist SUB-HUMAN INSTINCTIVE forces that paralyze the true Spirit of Love and Charity. Those demonic forces must first be comprehended, then subjugated and eliminated. They are beastly forces, instinctive, criminal — lust, cowardice, fear, etc. We need to comprehend and subjugate those beastly forces before being able to dissolve them.

Sex

Sex is the fourth power of the human being. Sex can Liberate or Enslave the human. No one can come to be integral; no one can realize himself in depth without the Sexual force. Sex is the power of the Soul. The Integral human being is only attained with the absolute fusion of the masculine and feminine poles of the soul. The Sexual force develops, evolves, and progresses on seven levels (THE SEVEN LEVELS OF THE SOUL). In this physical world Sex is a blind force of mutual attraction; in the Astral, Sexual attraction is based on the affinity of types according to their polarities and Essences; in the Mental, Sexual attraction is performed according to the laws of polarity and mental affinity.

In the Causal Sexual attraction is based on conscious will. In this world of natural causes, the full unification of the soul is performed consciously. Truly no one can reach the full glory of the MATRIMONIAL state without having attained the fourth degree of HUMAN INTEGRATION.

We need to comprehend in depth the entire Sexual problem. We need to TRANSCEND the mechanicity of Sex. We need to know how to procreate children of wisdom.

In the supreme instant of conception, the human essences are completely open to all classes of influences. The state of purity of the Parents and the force of will not to spill the Vessel of Hermes is the only thing that can protect us against the terrible danger of SUB-HUMAN substances of BEASTLY SOULS, who wish to reincarnate, infiltrating themselves into the Spermatozoon and the Ovum.

Adultery

The woman being the passive element, it is clear that she gathers and stores the results of the Sexual act of all those men who committed adultery with her. Those results are atomic substances of the men with whom she has performed the Sexual act. When a man has sexual relations with a woman who has been with another man, or with other men, he then gathers the atomic essences of those other men, and with them he self-poisons himself.

This is a most grave problem for the brethren who are dissolving the I; It then happens that these brethren must not only struggle against their own defects, but also against the errors and defects of those other men with whom the woman had sexual contact.

Death of Satan

By comprehending the intimate activities of each of the Five inferior Centers, we discover the entire process of the I. The result of this self-discovery is the absolute death of the BAPHOMET OR SATAN (THE TENEBROUS LUNAR I OR ADAM OF SIN).

We Must Be Integral

Integration has seven perfectly defined stages:

FIRST: Mineral state, dominion of the physical body and of its five inferior centers.

SECOND: Vegetable state, absolute control over the astral body and over its Chakras, discs, or magnetic wheels. This vehicle represents the vegetable state.

THIRD: Humanization of the MENTAL Body: Currently the phantasmal mental body of every human being has the face and figure of an animal; it is animalized. When the Mind matter is transformed into Christ Mind, we attain mental humanization. The mind represents the human animal. Currently the Human Being is human only in appearance; at bottom he is still animal. In the Mental each one has the animal figure that corresponds to his human character.

FOURTH: The basic seat of the human soul is the sexual function. Whoever transmutes his sexual energies has the right to incarnate his soul.

FIFTH: The fifth degree of integration represents every perfect human being.

SIXTH: Infinite Universal Compassion.

SEVENTH: The Seventh definitive stage is only possible in the man-Gods. Those are the Super-Humans.

The Mystery of the Baphomet

It is really true and altogether true that the MYSTERY OF THE BAPHOMET is SEXUAL ALCHEMY. On the basis of rigorous comprehension and of sexual transmutation, we transform the lead of the personality into the gold of the Spirit. Then the I is annihilated. The Gate of Eden

Sex is the gate of EDEN. The Guardian at the gate is the Assyrian sphinx, the Egyptian sphinx, the bull of Moses with the sword in his hands. That is the Psychological I, the Baphomet, who with his sword turns away from the Threshold all those who are not prepared. WITHIN US IS THE ENEMY. WE NEED TO WORK WITH THE DEVIL IN ORDER TO DISSOLVE HIM. WE NEED TO STEAL THE FIRE FROM THE DEVIL.

Chapter Eighteen: ARCANUM XVI

Let us study now the Arcanum sixteen of the Tarot. This is the Arcanum of the BLASTED TOWER. This is the Tower of Babel. Two figures are cast down into the depths of the Abyss; one of these figures, on falling with head downward and legs and arms open to the right and left, represents the inverted PENTAGRAM. Many are the Initiates who let themselves fall. Many are the blasted towers. Every initiate who spills the VESSEL OF HERMES inevitably falls. The legend of the Fallen Angels has repeated itself and will continue to repeat itself eternally.

Currently there live in the world many FALLEN GODS. They are now disguised with the bodies of human beings.

The Human Specter

The current human being is a soulless one. When death comes, only the Human Specter continues!

From this Specter the Embryo of Soul escapes.

The POST MORTEM states mentioned by all occultists correspond to the EMBRYO OF SOUL. This returns to its true Being, which normally lives in the Causal World. An in-depth analysis leads us to the conclusion that the HUMAN SPECTER is a den of unclean demons. In total, the Human being becomes a Legion of demons that continues. Truly the human person dies. The human being is not yet immortal. The human believes himself immortal and powerful, and in the height of arrogance, THE RAY OF DEATH STRIKES HIM, and from the TOWER OF BABEL he rolls into the abyss. That is FATALITY.

Astral Christ and Mental Christ

The human being has two centers that he does not yet use. THE SUPERIOR MIND AND THE SUPERIOR EMOTION. These are the two divine centers, the true instruments of the Eternal and imperishable HUMAN BEING WITH SOUL. With the two superior centers we can profoundly study the great mysteries of life and death. We have been told that with these two superior centers we can penetrate into the GREAT REALITY that is found much beyond ETERNITY AND TIME.

Whoever believes he already uses these two centers without having ENGENDERED THE VEHICLE OF THE CHRIST MIND, and the ASTRAL CHRIST link, is totally mistaken. It is necessary to engender these two vehicles to clothe the Superior Mind and the Superior Emotion. Only with the Arcanum A.Z.F. is it possible to engender these two superior vehicles. In the third initiation of Major Mysteries the ASTRAL CHRIST is born. In the Fourth Initiation of Major Mysteries the MENTAL CHRIST is born. The Astral and Mental bodies studied by all occultists, and about which Theosophy speaks so much, are only miserable Death Specters that must be struck down by the terrible ray of Cosmic Justice. Thus the TOWER OF BABEL shall fall, and Satan shall roll into the abyss.

Immortality

Everyone who possesses the MENTAL AND ASTRAL CHRIST bodies becomes absolutely Immortal. When we study these Christic vehicles and compare them with the Astral and Mental that the deceased use, we find the following differences:

Astral Christ. This shines marvelously.

Astral of Death. This does not shine; it is only a fatal shadow.

Mental Christ. Shines gloriously.

Mental of Death. This does not shine.

Astral Christ. Is clean of passions.

Astral of Death. It is the vehicle of animal passions.

Mental Christ. Has angelic divine figure.

Mental of Death. Has animal figure.

Astral Christ. Has awakened Kundalini and Chakras.

Astral of Death. Does not have awakened Kundalini, and if perchance he has awakened the chakras through some kind of Esoteric Discipline, they shine like will-o’-the-wisps in the darkness of the abyss.

SUMMARY: The Christic human is immortal. The terrestrial human is not immortal. THE CHRISTIC HUMAN BEING SHINES LIKE THE SUN. The terrestrial human is a shadow. THE CHRISTIC HUMAN BEING IS AN ACHIEVED BEING!

The Fundamental

Those students of occultism who practice esoteric exercises without working with the ARCANUM A.Z.F. are similar to the man who builds his house upon sand; his building will roll into the abyss. We must build upon the Living Stone. That Stone is Sex. Whoever develops the Chakras in the Specter of Death will roll into the abyss; his Temple will be a Blasted Tower. Whoever Engenders his Christic bodies with the Arcanum A.Z.F. and works on the development of his Chakras becomes a LIVING CHRIST.

The Awakening of Consciousness

It is necessary to awaken Consciousness so as not to fall into the abyss of perdition; currently there exist many leaders of esoteric groups with the Consciousness deeply asleep. “BLIND GUIDES OF THE BLIND, THEY SHALL ALL ROLL INTO THE ABYSS.” That is the Law. Human beings live absolutely asleep. If, for example, a group of football players were to awaken consciousness during a game, you may be absolutely sure that the game would end, because the players, ashamed, would flee from the football field immediately. The fundamental cause of the deep sleep in which Humanity lives is what is called FASCINATION. The football players are deeply fascinated by the game, and so they dream while they play. Apparently they are playing awake, but in reality they are dreaming.

Ordinary Sleep

During the hours of repose, when the body sleeps in bed, the ego travels outside the physical body, many times to very remote distances outside the physical body; the ego lives dreaming. Truly the Ego carries its dreams to the Suprasensible worlds. In the internal worlds the carpenters are in the carpentry, dreaming with all that they do in the physical world. The blacksmith in his smithy, the policeman watching streets; the tailor in his tailor’s shop, the drunkard in the tavern, etc. They all dream. They all carry their dreams to the SUPRASENSIBLE WORLDS.

After death the same is repeated. The Ego continues in his dream. Truly the Ego carries his dreams during ordinary sleep and after death.

Technique for Awakening Consciousness

The Technique for awakening Consciousness is based on the REMEMBRANCE OF ONESELF. Every human being is fascinated by various things, as we said in the preceding paragraph. When a certain representation fascinates us, we forget ourselves. Then we dream. People have been seen during a public demonstration to throw themselves into violence. Gentlemen who in their sound judgment are not capable of pronouncing a bad word, in these cases have insulted and stoned, confused with the multitudes. Behold the power of fascination; one forgets oneself and then dreams, and while dreaming does things many times completely absurd. After the dream passes, comes shame and problems. It is necessary that the gnostic student not let himself be fascinated by anything.

In the presence of every Interesting Representation, he must remember himself and ask himself the following questions: WHERE AM I? WHAT AM I DOING HERE? COULD I BE OUTSIDE MY PHYSICAL BODY? Then carefully observe everything surrounding him. Look well at the sky with scrutinizing eyes; any detail of the Internal Worlds — be it a play of strange colors, be it some rare animal, the beloved shadow of a deceased being, etc. — will confirm for him that he is outside the physical body; then Consciousness will awaken.

It is also very useful in those instants of REFLECTION AND SELF-REMEMBERING to give a small jump with the intention of floating in the surrounding ambient. It is logical that if we float, it is because we are outside the physical body. If all the sleepers during sleep were to ask themselves such reflective questions, it is logical that they would awaken consciousness; if the ego after death were to ask itself such questions in the presence of any representation, it would instantly awaken.

Unfortunately, such questions do not occur to the ego because never in life has it had the habit of asking them. It is necessary to acquire this habit and live it intensely. Only thus can the idea occur to us of asking ourselves such questions during sleep and after death. The result of such practice is the awakening of consciousness. Everyone who awakens consciousness becomes clairvoyant. Everyone who awakens consciousness lives during the sleep of the body, completely awake in the Superior worlds. THE GREAT MASTERS DO NOT DREAM.

The GREAT MASTERS are conscious Citizens of the SUPRASENSIBLE WORLDS. The Great Masters work during the sleep of the body, consciously and positively in the superior worlds. It is necessary to awaken consciousness so as not to walk blind. The blind may fall into the Abyss. The Arcanum XVI is very dangerous.

Memory

All memory is deposited in the Subconscious. Many Initiates work in the superior worlds during normal sleep, in conscious form. Unfortunately in the physical world they are ignorant of this because they do not have good memory. We must learn to handle the SUBCONSCIOUS.

In moments of awakening from sleep, let us order the Subconscious thus: Subconscious, inform me of everything I saw and heard outside the physical body. Then practice a retrospective exercise to remember everything you did outside the physical body. Oblige the SUBCONSCIOUS to work. Give it imperative orders to oblige it to inform; practice this exercise during the drowsiness of sleep in moments of awakening.

Chapter Nineteen: ARCANUM XVII

This is the Arcanum seventeen of the Tarot. The hieroglyphic of this Arcanum is the radiant Star and ETERNAL YOUTH. In this Arcanum appears a naked woman who scatters upon the earth the sap of Universal life, which comes from two vessels, one of gold and the other of silver. If we carefully study the esoteric content of this Arcanum, we discover PERFECT ALCHEMY. We need to work with gold and with silver, with the Sun and with the Moon, to incarnate the Star; this STAR has eight points.

Truly the star of eight points is Venus. Whoever attains the VENUSTIC INITIATION has the bliss of incarnating the Dragon of Wisdom (the Inner Christ); the Arcanum Seventeen is Hope. The Gnostic Student must take the greatest care with the work of the Oratorium Laboratorium. Since the betrayal of the Sanctuary of Vulcan, the Doctrine of Ahriman has spread everywhere; this is the Doctrine of the Nicolaitans, who transformed human beings into disgusting Sub-Lunar Demons.

The Adepts of the Left-Hand path give their Doctrine a very beautiful hue full of Sublime ineffable mysticism. Many are the Brethren of the Path who have entered upon this tenebrous road. The basic Foundation of the Doctrine of the Nicolaitans consists in SPILLING THE VESSEL OF HERMES. These children of Darkness ejaculate the Ens Seminis during their practices of Sexual Magic. With the ejaculation of the Ens Seminis, billions of Solar atoms are lost, which are replaced by billions of atoms of the Secret enemy. These Satanic atoms are gathered from the atomic infernos of the Human Being by the creative organs after the ejaculation.

When said Satanic atoms try to rise through the Sympathetic channels to the brain, they are precipitated downward by the three RAYS OF THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT. On descending, this kind of tenebrous atoms violently collide with a Master atom of the Black Lodge that resides in the fundamental Chakra of the coccygeal bone. This Black Atomic God then receives a formidable impulse that gives him power to awaken the Kundalini or fiery serpent of our magical powers.

In this case the Kundalini descends toward the human’s very atomic infernos, becoming the Tail of Satan. Thus the Man is definitively born in the Abyss as a Demon of the Submerged Sub-Lunar Type. There are very many students of the luminous Path who have gone by this Black road. It is good to remember that THE GREAT MASTERS OF THE SANCTUARY OF VULCAN fell into this subtle temptation and were transformed into terribly perverse Demons.

The Narrow Gate

There exist many Students of Occultism convinced that there are many paths to arrive at God. There are those who affirm that there are three paths; there are those who affirm that there are seven paths; there are those who believe that there exist twelve paths. We say that the three, the seven, and the twelve are reduced to one. This is SEX. We have carefully investigated the four Gospels and in none of the four Gospels do we find the affirmation that by many paths one arrives at God.

This affirmation is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. Truly said affirmation is a Sophism to deceive the unwary.

Jesus, the Chief of Souls, only spoke of one single Gate and one single narrow, strait, and difficult path. He did not say that there were many paths to arrive at God. Everyone who says so is a solemn liar. The Great Master Jesus said textually the following: “Strive to enter by the narrow gate; for I say to you that many will seek to enter and will not be able.” “When once the master of the house is risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying: Lord, Lord, open to us; and answering he shall say to you: I know you not whence you are.”

Then you shall begin to say: “We have eaten and drunk in your presence, and you have taught in our streets.” And he shall say to you: “I tell you, I know you not whence you are. Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.” “There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets in the Kingdom of God, and yourselves excluded.” Truly very few are those who are saved. Because very few are those who enter by the narrow, strait, and difficult gate of Sex. There exists no other gate. There has not existed; there shall never exist.

The Mechanical Evolution of Nature SAVES NO ONE; time saves no one. It is necessary to be born, and this matter of being born has been, is, and shall always be an absolutely Sexual problem. Everyone who wishes to be born must work with the Sap of Life contained in the two Sacred Vessels that the naked Woman of Arcanum XVII has in her hands.

The Three Rays

We have been told that there exist three Rays of intimate Self-realization. Those three Rays illuminate a single gate, and a single Path, sex. The three Rays are: MYSTICISM, YOGA, PERFECT MATRIMONY. Without the Arcanum A.Z.F., one truly does not advance even a single step on the PATH OF THE RAZOR’S EDGE (the Spinal Medulla).

Yoga

In the West of the World, Yoga is being very badly taught. A multitude of PSEUDO-SAGES Yogis have spread the false belief that the true Yogi must be Infrasexual (ENEMY OF SEX). These false Yogis have never visited India. They are infrasexual Pseudo-Yogis.

These Know-it-alls believe that with the Yoga exercises such as ASANAS, PRANAYAMAS, etc., they are going to realize themselves in depth.

The worst of the case is that they not only have this false belief, but they also propagate it, thus turning many people away from the NARROW, STRAIT, AND DIFFICULT GATE that leads to the Light. It would never occur to any authentic Initiate Yogi in India to think that with Pranayamas or Asanas, etc., he would attain Intimate Realization! Every legitimate Hindustani Yogi knows very well that these exercises are only very useful Auxiliaries for Health, for the development of powers, etc. Only the Western Pseudo-yogins have gotten it into their heads that, with these mentioned exercises, they can SELF-REALIZE themselves.

In the Ashrams of Hindustan Sexual Magic is practiced very secretly! Every true Hindustani Yogi initiate works with the Arcanum A.Z.F., taught by the Great Hindustani Yogis who visited the West of the World; and if this has not been taught by these Great Hindustani Yogi initiates, if this has not been published in books of Yoga, it was precisely to avoid scandals. Sex is the Stone of Stumbling and the Rock of scandal. You may be absolutely sure that those Yogis who do not practice Sexual Magic will never succeed in being born in the Superior Worlds. Whoever affirms the contrary is a liar, a falsifier.

Astrology

In each REINCARNATION the Human being is born under a different star. A sage said: “I raise my eyes to the Stars from which help is to come to me, but I always follow the Star that guides my interior.” Truly that Star is always the same; it does not change in any reincarnation. It is the Father Star. The important thing for us is TO INCARNATE THAT FATHER STAR. Behold the Mystery of Arcanum XVII. The Sap contained in the Vessels of Gold and Silver, when it is wisely combined and transmuted, allows us to arrive at the Incarnation of the Star. THE STAR CRUCIFIED ON THE CROSS IS THE CHRIST.

Chapter Twenty: ARCANUM XVIII

We are now going to study the ARCANUM eighteen of the Kabbalah. This is the Arcanum of twilight. It is necessary that our Gnostic disciples reflect profoundly on the esoteric content of this Arcanum. We have been hard criticized because we do not continue with the already known Hebrew sing-song. Certainly we do not wish to continue with the same sing-song. We are interested in what is called COMPREHENSION.

We want our students to COMPREHEND each Arcanum and then develop it in themselves.

We want our disciples to discover each Arcanum first within themselves, then in all of Nature. Arcanum XVIII is Light and Shadow, WHITE MAGIC AND BLACK MAGIC. In Card XVIII appears a dog and a Wolf barking at the Moon. We also see in that plate two pyramids, one is white and the other is black. The symbol of the CRAB is not absent in that arcanum.

In Arcanum XVIII is contained the number nine twice: 9 plus 9 equals 18. In this arcanum the NINTH SPHERE is repeated twice. We already know that the number 1 is positive, and that the number 2 is negative. So, if we repeat the Ninth Sphere, for the first time and for the second, we shall have Sex in its two aspects, positive and negative.

Now our Disciples will understand why Arcanum XVIII is LIGHT AND DARKNESS, WHITE MAGIC AND BLACK MAGIC. In Arcanum XVIII we find the secret enemies of Initiation. Know, Beloved Disciples, that the Kundalini rises very slowly through the Medullary canal; the ascent of the Kundalini from vertebra to vertebra is performed very slowly according to the merits of the heart. Each vertebra represents determined virtues. The ascent to a determined vertebra is never attained without having fulfilled the conditions of SANCTITY required by the Vertebra to which one aspires. Those who believe that the Kundalini, once awakened, rises instantaneously to the Head to leave us totally illuminated, are really ignorant people.

In Arcanum XVIII we must wage bloody battles against the tenebrous ones. “HEAVEN IS TAKEN BY ASSAULT.” “THE VALIANT HAVE TAKEN IT.” In the Internal worlds the Tenebrous of Arcanum XVIII assault the student violently. The Devotee must wage terrible battles against these Tenebrous.

The conquest of each Vertebra in the Spinal Column signifies struggles to the death against the ADEPTS OF THE SHADOW. Fortunately, the one who works with the Kundalini receives the FLAMING SWORD with which to defend himself. Sometimes the Student, almost lifeless from the battle, achieves entrance into the Temple holding the Sword in his hands. Terrible are the efforts the tenebrous make to draw the student away from the PATH OF THE RAZOR’S EDGE.

This Path is full of dangers within and without. Many are those who begin; few are those who arrive. The majority are diverted along the Black Path. In Arcanum XVIII there exist too subtle dangers that the Student does not know. The tenebrous gather in their Temples to count the number of vertebrae conquered by the Student. Each Vertebra is symbolized by them with a cup. They place on the Altar as many cups as the Vertebrae the Student has conquered.

They judge the Neophyte on this basis, considering him a thief. The thought of the Tenebrous could be formulated thus: “YOU HAVE ROBBED US OF SO MANY CUPS.” “YOU ARE STEALING POWERS FROM US.” “YOU ARE A THIEF.”

The tenebrous never believe themselves evil. They feel themselves wells of SANCTITY. When they attack the Student, they do so in good faith. They believe that the Student is a Thief of Powers. That is all.

Truly the Abyss is full of sincerely mistaken people and of people of very good intentions. The number “9” is positive and negative at the same time. Now we understand the mystery of Arcanum XVIII. In this terrible Arcanum we find all the filters and all the witchcraft of Thessaly. Here is the kitchen of Canidia.

We can read in the epochs of Horace how that horrible Witch of Rome composed all her poisons. The books of the Grimoires are full of tenebrous recipes very proper to Arcanum XVIII. Erotic magical ceremonies, rites to make oneself loved, dangerous filters, etc., etc., all that belongs to Arcanum XVIII. We must warn the Gnostic Students that the most dangerous filter that the Tenebrous use to draw the Student away from the PATH OF THE RAZOR’S EDGE is the Intellect.

With complete frankness we warn our disciples that out of the two billion persons who live in the World, only a small handful of souls, that can be counted on the fingers of the hands, will serve for THE ANGELIC STATE!

The rest, THE GREAT MAJORITY, are a lost harvest that will be submerged in the abyss forever. To be an Angel is very difficult. Neither Time nor THE MECHANICAL EVOLUTION OF NATURE can ever convert the human being into an Angel. This is a Sexual problem.

Adam Christ

It is necessary that the BUDDHA be born first within us before Incarnating the Christ. When the human being has engendered all his internal vehicles, he incarnates his Buddha and becomes a Buddha. We warn our students that THE SOUL IS NOT CHRIST.

In Asia there exist many BUDDHAS who have not incarnated the Christ. Remember, most beloved, that beyond every Buddha is the resplendent DRAGON OF WISDOM, the inner Christ of every human being who comes into the world. When the Resplendent Dragon of Wisdom enters the Soul, He is then transformed into Her and She into Him. From this Divine and Human mixture results what we call the ADAM CHRIST, THE SON OF MAN.

Christ I

It is necessary that our Gnostic Disciples understand that the RESPLENDENT DRAGON OF WISDOM (THE INNER CHRIST) of every human being who comes into the World has no Individuality; this latter is a product of the I, and the Christ is no I. It is absurd to speak of the Christ I when the INNER CHRIST has no I.

The Dragon of Wisdom transcends beyond every I and every Individuality. The Adorable is absolutely INFINITE AND IMPERSONAL.

Internal Bodies

Truly the Human being does not yet possess his internal bodies. The current ASTRAL, MENTAL, AND CAUSAL vehicles that the human being uses are nothing but mental forms that we need to Disintegrate. These mental forms constitute the Human Specter within which the I lives.

We need to Engender the internal vehicles to Incarnate the Buddha and afterwards the Christ. This is an ABSOLUTELY SEXUAL problem.

Recognized Incarnations

The LIVING BUDDHAS are recognized incarnations. Those are the only cases in which the Universal Spirit of Life incarnates and reincarnates. In the other cases only the values, that is to say the I, the Ego, Satan, are reincarnated. Truly Satan (the Ego) is only reincarnated to satisfy desires; that is all. The only Reincarnations worthy of admiration are the LIVING REINCARNATIONS. The Ninth Sphere in its positive aspect brings LIVING BUDDHAS to the world, and in its negative aspect brings to the world the MEMORIES (EGOS) SPECTERS of PERSONALITIES that existed and died. That is the fatal wheel. Now you will understand the entire Drama of Arcanum XVIII. Nine Positive plus Nine Negative equals XVIII.

The Embryo of the Soul

This lives within the Specter and is reincarnated with the Specter and the I. It is necessary to understand that within every specter there is an I and an EMBRYO OF SOUL.

We have already spoken of this in preceding lessons, but it seems that many students have not understood it. Let us clarify that the Embryo of Soul that every human being has within is not the Christ, because the Christ has not yet incarnated in Human Beings. Only the one who attains the Venustic Initiation incarnates the Christ. No one could attain said Initiation without first having Incarnated his Buddha of Perfection.

Chapter 21: ARCANUM XIX

We are now going to study the ARCANUM XIX OF THE TAROT. Hieroglyphic: a radiant Sun and two beautiful children who hold hands.

In the EGYPTIAN TAROT, the Hieroglyphic is a man and a woman who hold in their hands the symbolic figure of the EGYPTIAN TAU CROSS. This type of Cross is Phallic. The Arcanum XIX is the Arcanum of the Alliance.

In our lesson three of this course, we already spoke extensively about SALT, SULFUR AND MERCURY. Truly these are the passive instruments of the Great Work. The positive Principle is the Inner Magnes of Paracelsus. We need to Transmute and then Sublimate sexual energy up to the Heart. It is impossible to progress in the Great Work without the force of Love. THE PSYCHOLOGICAL I does not know how to love. The I is desire.

It is easy to confuse desire with that which is called Love. Desire is a substance that decomposes into thoughts, volitions, feelings, romances, poetry, tendernesses, sweetnesses, anger, hatred, violence, etc. People are always deceived by the poison of desire. Lovers always swear that they are loving when in reality they are only desiring. The human being does not know that which is called Love; however, in the deepest of our Being we have a principle that loves. Unfortunately, we have not Incarnated it. That principle is the Soul (THE INNER MAGNES OF PARACELSUS).

If people had ENCARNATED that Soul principle, they would know how to love; only from heart to heart, from Soul to Soul is it possible to Love. Unfortunately people only have Satan Incarnated. He does not know what Love is. He only knows how to desire. That is all. Daily we see multitudes of lovers swearing eternal love to each other. After desire is satisfied (THAT DESIRE WHICH THEY BELIEVED LOVE), comes disillusion, disenchantment, and total failure. Desire is the great deceiver.

Whoever wants to work in the GREAT WORK must annihilate Desire. It is necessary to know how to Love. Love has its peculiar happiness and its infinite beauty. People do not know That which is called Love. Love is similar to the feelings of a newborn child. Love forgives all, gives all, demands nothing, asks nothing; it only wants the good of him whom it loves. That is All. The true feeling of LOVE IS PERFECT; Satan knows nothing of Perfection. SATAN IS DESIRE.

If you wish to love, be prudent; do not confuse Love with Desire. Do not let yourself be deceived by the Great Deceiver. Within yourself you have an Embryo of Soul; this one can love.

Truly its Love is Embryonic, because it is an Embryo, but if you annihilate desire you will feel that spark of Love. When you learn to feel that Spark, that Spark will become Flame; then you will experience That which is called Love. Strengthen your Embryo of Soul with the blessed flame of Love, and you will finally attain the miracle of your Incarnation. It is necessary that you be integral, and this is only possible by LOVING.

In Arcanum XIX a Great Alliance is established between two Souls. Man and woman must kill desire to attain the Great Alliance. If you wish to Incarnate your Soul, you must celebrate the Great Alliance of Arcanum XIX.

Reflect a little; up to now you are only a living specter, a sleeping specter. You sleep, poor specter, during the sleep of your body and after death. You escape from the Pantheon or cemetery dreaming… Miserable specter!… Poor soulless one!… Reflect and meditate. Celebrate the Great Alliance of Arcanum XIX so that you may INCARNATE YOUR SOUL and come to Be truly. You Poor Creature! You are not yet. You are in dreams, you die without knowing how, and you are born without knowing how. Only the blessed flame of Love can make you Exist Truly because you do not yet have REAL EXISTENCE.

Only with the Arcanum A.Z.F. will you be able to engender your Christic vehicles. With those vehicles your INNER BUDDHA will first be clothed, and then your INNER CHRIST. Thus you will be Integral. You need to Be Integral. Remember, good disciple, that now you are no more than a SLEEPING SPECTER and that your current internal vehicles are only mental forms that you must disintegrate, reduce to cosmic dust. Be patient in the Great Work. If you wish to incarnate your Inner Christ, you must be like the Lemon.

Kill not only Desire, but even the very shadow of desire. Be perfect in thought, word, and deed. Be Pure… Pure… Pure!

The Philosopher’s Stone

Sex is represented by the PHILOSOPHER’S STONE. This is the Heliogabalus Stone. Without this stone the Elixir of Long Life cannot be obtained. The two columns of the Temple, Jachin and Boaz, are the Man and the Woman allied to work with the Philosopher’s Stone. Whoever finds the Philosopher’s Stone is Transformed into a GOD.

The Great Tempter

THE PSYCHOLOGICAL I is the GREAT TEMPTER. The I hates Sexual Magic. The I wants the full satisfaction of Desire. The I is the one who thinks and seeks. The Being does not need to think. The Being does not seek. When we are working in the Great Work, the I, not feeling secure, seeks what is called Security. The Students of the luminous path always fall into the Abyss of perdition seeking Security. Do not let yourself be seduced by the Great Tempter. While the mind is seeking something, while the mind seeks security, while the mind seeks results, it is because we are not prepared for the Great Work. Satan seeks Security; Satan wants results. Satan is always seeking. Do not let your mind be poisoned by Satan. DO NOT CLUMSILY WASTE MENTAL ENERGY.

With the battling of reasonings you waste your Mental Energy. Remember that it is the I who reasons. Your Soul does not need to reason. It is painful to contemplate the specters of death reasoning about problems that no longer exist.

Those sleeping ones are worthy of pity. Truly it is the I who is the GREAT REASONER.

Love

When the mind no longer seeks, when it no longer wants refuge, when it no longer goes in search of security, when it no longer covets more books or knowledge, when it even ignores the memory of desire, then there only remains in us That which is called Love. How Great is to Love! ONLY THE GREAT SOULS CAN AND KNOW HOW TO LOVE.

If people had ENCARNATED that Soul principle, they would know how to love; only from heart to heart, from Soul to Soul is it possible to Love.

Chapter 22: ARCANUM XX

Let us now concentrate profoundly on the study of the Arcanum XX of the Tarot. The Hieroglyphic of this Arcanum is Judgment. A Genius blows the trumpet, and the dead escape from their tomb. We must know that in this Arcanum a Man, a Woman, and a child revive. This is the marvelous ternary.

In the study of this Arcanum we are not going to continue with the same Hebrew sing-song. It is necessary that we concentrate judiciously on the problem of Resurrection if we truly wish to come to be RESURRECTED MASTERS.

QUESTIONS: How does one arrive at Resurrection? How does one not arrive at Resurrection? How does one triumph? How does one Fail?

ANSWERS: One arrives at Resurrection by working with the Arcanum A.Z.F., without ever spilling the Vessel of Hermes. One does not arrive at Resurrection by spilling the Vessel of Hermes. One triumphs when greed does not exist. One fails when greed does exist.

CONCRETE EXPLANATION: There exist two kinds of greed; First, greed for money. Second, greed for occult powers. Greed for money exists when we yearn for it with Psychological purposes, and not to correctly cover our physical needs. Many want money to gain social prestige, fame, high positions, etc. There is no greed when we obtain money with the sole purpose of covering our physical needs. It is necessary to discover where Necessity ends and where Greed begins.

There is greed for occult powers when we want RESULTS. Those who only want Results are greedy. Those who go here and there accumulating theories, seeking powers, today in one School, tomorrow in another, are in fact bottled within the bottle of greed.

The mind bottled within greed is unstable. IT MIGRATES FROM LODGE TO LODGE, from SCHOOL TO SCHOOL, from SECT TO SECT; always suffering, always yearning for powers, Light, Wisdom, Illumination, etc., without ever attaining anything, since the unstable can never comprehend the stable, permanent, and divine. Only God comprehends himself: The Mind bottled within the bottle of greed is incapable of comprehending things that are outside the bottle.

The greedy ones want to bottle up God, and that is why they go from school to school, always seeking, always yearning uselessly, because no one can bottle up God.

Whoever wishes to work in the Great Work must first abandon Greed. The Mason who is greedy abandons the Work when he finds on his road another work, even though this latter be really of Darkness. The greedy ones retire from the Great Work. Many are those who begin the Work, few those who finish it. THE RESURRECTED MASTERS can be counted on the fingers of the hands.

Fatality

We knew a Disciple of Cagliostro, a certain Jerónimo, who worked in the GREAT WORK; this Man, with the Arcanum A.Z.F., was gaining Grades, Powers, Initiations, Tunics, Capes, Cloaks of distinction, Sword, etc. Jerónimo’s marvelous progress was admirable to see. Everything was going very well until the day that he had the weakness of telling his secret to an occultist friend; this one, horrified by the NON-EJACULATION OF THE ENS SEMINIS, rebuked Jerónimo, calling him a barbarian.

He advised him to spill the Vessel of Hermes; he instructed him saying that at the supreme instant of the spasm, one must mentally assume an Edifying and essentially dignifying attitude, then spilling “SUPPOSEDLY VERY SAINTLY” the Vessel of Hermes, and that this was how one worked in The Great Work (THIS IS THE LOGIC OF THE ABSURD).

Jerónimo, the disciple of Count Cagliostro, who truly was not a Man as strong as the great Copt was, let himself be convinced by the reasoning of unreasonableness, and spilled the Sacred Vessel. Thus he gradually lost cloaks and sword, Scepter and Crown, Tunics and grades. That was Fatality. THE ARCANUM XVI STRUCK JERÓNIMO with the terrible ray of Cosmic Justice.

Three Types of Resurrection

Just as there exist three basic types of energy, MASCULINE, FEMININE, NEUTRAL, so also there exist three types of Resurrection. The first is INITIATIVE SPIRITUAL RESURRECTION. The second is RESURRECTION WITH THE BODY OF LIBERATION. The third is RESURRECTION WITH THE PHYSICAL BODY. No one can pass through the Second or Third type of Resurrection without having first passed through the SPIRITUAL RESURRECTION.

Spiritual Resurrection

Spiritual Resurrection is only attained with Initiation. We must Resurrect Spiritually first in fire and then in Light.

Resurrection with the Body of Liberation

The Resurrection with the body of Liberation is performed in the SUPERIOR WORLDS. This body is organized with the best Atoms of the physical body. It is a body of Flesh that does not come from Adam; it is a body full of indescribable beauty. With this body of Paradise, the Adepts can enter the physical world and work in it, making themselves visible and tangible at will.

Resurrection with the Physical Body

On the third day the ADEPT comes before his Sepulcher, where his body reposes; the MASTER cries out to his body, invokes it, and the latter, obeying, escapes from the sepulcher, taking advantage of the Hyperspace; thus the Sepulcher remains empty and the linens cast off. The Body resurrects in the Superior Worlds. The Holy Women treat the body of the Adept with Drugs and aromatic Ointments; obeying supreme orders, the resurrected body penetrates within the Soul-Master through the SIDEREAL HEAD.

Thus the Master once again receives his physical body. It is necessary to warn that, in this case of Resurrection, the physical body submerges itself within the suprasensible worlds. When a Resurrected Master, whose physical body was three days in the Holy Sepulcher, wishes to enter the physical World, he then uses the power of the will, being able to appear wherever he wishes and disappear at will instantaneously. Jesus the Christ is a Resurrected Master who had his physical body three days in the Holy Sepulcher.

After the Resurrection Jesus presented himself before the Disciples of Emmaus on the road, and dined with them. Afterwards he presented himself before the eleven and then before Thomas the incredulous, who only believed when he put his finger in the wounds of the HOLY BODY OF THE GREAT MASTER. Hermes, Cagliostro, Quetzalcoatl, and many other Great Masters preserve their physical bodies for thousands or millions of years without death being able to prevail against them. Those are RESURRECTED MASTERS.

Elixir of Long Life

Only with the Arcanum A.Z.F. can the Elixir of Long Life be elaborated; Resurrection is impossible without the Elixir of Long Life.

Chapter 23: ARCANUM XXI

We are now going to study the Arcanum XXI of the Tarot. The Hieroglyphic of this Arcanum is THE FOOL. Examining this Arcanum we see a poor fool who walks without direction or course with a knapsack on his back, in which he carries all his ridiculousness and vices; his clothes in disorder leave exposed the creative organs, and a tiger that follows him incessantly bites him without his even trying to defend himself. In this Arcanum is represented the sensitive, THE FLESH, MATERIAL LIFE.

We could represent this Arcanum with the INVERTED FLAMING STAR. Every Initiate who lets himself fall is truly THE FOOL OF THE TAROT. When the Alchemist spills the Vessel of Hermes, he becomes in fact the Fool of the Tarot.

It is necessary to annihilate desire if we wish to avoid the danger of falling. Many Masters who swallowed Earth, many Resurrected Masters, fell, becoming the Fool of the Arcanum XXI of the Tarot! Let us recall Zanoni during the French Revolution. He was a Resurrected Master, and yet he let himself fall when he fell in love with an Artist of Naples. Zanoni died on the guillotine after having lived with his physical body for thousands of years.

Whoever wishes to annihilate desire must discover the causes of it. The causes of desire are found in the SENSATIONS. We live in a world of Sensations and we need to Comprehend them; there exist five types of Sensations: First: VISUAL SENSATIONS. Second: AUDITORY. Third: OLFACTORY. Fourth: GUSTATORY. Fifth: SENSITIVE, related to the sense of touch. The five special types of sensation are transformed into Desire.

Thus, the causes of Desire are found in the Sensations.

We must not condemn the Sensations; we must not justify them. We need to COMPREHEND THEM profoundly.

A pornographic image wounds the senses and passes to the mind; the result of this perception is a SEXUAL SENSATION that is then transformed into Animal Desire. A vulgar song of the morbid type, after passing through the sense of hearing and through the cerebral center of the sensations, is converted into SEXUAL DESIRE. We see a luxurious car, we sense it, and then we desire it. We taste a delicious drink, we perceive it with the sense of smell, we feel its delicious sensations, and afterwards we desire to drink much, until becoming inebriated; smell and taste turn us into gluttons and drunkards.

The sense of touch is placed at the service of all our desires, and then the I enjoys in vice, walking like THE FOOL OF THE TAROT from life to life with his knapsack on his back in which he carries all his vices and ridiculousness. Whoever wishes to annihilate Desire needs first to Analyze intellectually the SENSATIONS, and then COMPREHEND THEM PROFOUNDLY; it is impossible with the Intellect to profoundly comprehend the Concept of Content enclosed in a Sensation; the Intellect is only a minimal fraction of the mind.

If we wish to COMPREHEND PROFOUNDLY ALL THE SUBSTANTIAL CONTENT of a determined Sensation of any kind, we need indispensably the technique of internal meditation; it is urgent to COMPREHEND PROFOUNDLY at all levels of the mind.

This has many backgrounds and subconscious and unconscious levels normally unknown in the Human Being. Many individuals who attained ABSOLUTE CHASTITY here in the physical world, after being subjected to difficult tests in the internal worlds, turned out to be terribly fornicating at other levels and depths of the mind. Great anchorites and Saintly hermits discovered with horror that the FOOL OF THE TAROT continued to live at other deeper levels of understanding. Truly only by comprehending the sensations in all the folds of the Mind can we annihilate desire and kill the FOOL OF THE TAROT, who hides among all the folds of the Mind.

It is necessary that the Student learn to see and hear without TRANSLATING.

When a man perceives the beautiful figure of a woman and commits the error of translating that perception into the language of his sexual desires, the result is SEXUAL DESIRE; that type of desire, even though afterwards forgotten, continues living internally at other unconscious levels of the mind. Thus the I fornicates incessantly in the internal worlds. It is urgent to learn to see without translating, to see without judging. It is indispensable to see and hear, to touch, taste, smell, and feel with CREATIVE COMPREHENSION; only thus can we annihilate the causes of Desire. Truly the tree of desire has roots that we must study and COMPREHEND PROFOUNDLY.

Right perception and creative comprehension annihilate the causes of desire; when the mind escapes from the bottle of desire, it rises to the superior worlds; then comes the awakening of CONSCIOUSNESS.

The MIND is normally bottled within the bottle of desire; it is indispensable to unbottle the mind if we truly want the awakening of Consciousness; it is impossible to awaken consciousness if we do not unbottle the mind. Constantly we hear complaints from many Students who suffer because during the sleep of their physical body they live unconscious in the superior worlds.

Some of them have done many esoteric practices to attain ASTRAL UNFOLDING and have not triumphed; when we study the lives of these complainers, we discover within them the Fool of the Tarot; those persons are full of desires; only by comprehending sensations do we kill desire.

Only by annihilating desire is the mind, which normally is bottled within the bottle of Desire, liberated. By liberating the mind, the awakening of consciousness is produced. THE FOOL OF THE TAROT is the Psychological I, the Me-myself, the Reincarnating Ego. If we wish to end the causes of Desire, we need to live in a state of constant vigilance. It is urgent to live in a state of alert perception, alert novelty. The I is a great Book, a book of many volumes. Only through the technique of Internal Meditation can we study that Book.

When we discover a defect and comprehend it profoundly in all the levels of the mind, then it disintegrates; each time a defect disintegrates, something new comes in its place — either a password, a Mantra, some Cosmic Initiation, an esoteric grade, a secret power, etc.

Thus we gradually fill ourselves with true Wisdom.

The Arcanum XXI

The Kabbalistic addition of this Arcanum gives us the following result: 2 plus 1, equals: 3. One is the FATHER (KETHER), Two is the SON (CHOKMAH), Three is the HOLY SPIRIT (BINAH). This is the Resplendent Dragon of Wisdom in every Human Being who comes into the world. Everyone who manages to dissolve the Psychological I (The Fool of the Tarot) incarnates the resplendent Dragon of Wisdom. Whoever incarnates Him is in fact a Spirit of Wisdom.

Coexistence

It is not by isolating ourselves from our fellow beings that we can discover our defects. Only in coexistence do we SELF-DISCOVER ourselves; in coexistence we can surprise our defects, because these surface in our human personality and leap out. In social coexistence there is SELF-DISCOVERY and SELF-REVELATION. When we discover a defect, we must first analyze it intellectually and then comprehend it in the different backgrounds of the mind with the technique of MEDITATION.

It is necessary to concentrate on the discovered defect and meditate on it with the purpose of comprehending it profoundly.

Meditation must be combined with sleep; thus in profound vision we become conscious of the defect we are trying to comprehend; once that defect is dissolved, “SOMETHING NEW” comes to us; one must be in a state of alert perception, alert novelty, during Internal Meditation.

To receive that NEW SOMETHING, each defect must be exchanged for “SOMETHING NEW.” Thus the Human Being becomes truly wise; this is the path of Wisdom.

Intuition

As we gradually dissolve the FOOL OF THE ARCANUM 21 OF THE TAROT, Intuition is developed; this is the flower of Intelligence. Intuition and Comprehension will replace Reason and Desire; these latter two are attributes of the I. Intuition allows us to penetrate into the past, into the present, and into the future. Intuition allows us to penetrate into the deep meaning of all things.

INTUITION gives us entrance into the world of the Ineffable Gods; every Intuitive becomes a True Prophet.

Practice to Develop Intuition

It is urgent that the devotee of the Path of the Razor’s Edge intensify the development of INTUITION. This faculty resides in the coronary Chakra; said Chakra shines in the Pineal Gland; it is the seat of the soul, the third eye. Current Scientists believe to know more than the old Sages of the ancient SCHOOLS OF MYSTERIES, and deny all those things, taking the matter of the Pineal Gland to purely physiological grounds, as if wishing thereby to strike with a white glove the venerable faces of the GREAT HIEROPHANTS.

The old sages of ancient times never were ignorant that the Pineal Gland is a small, reddish-gray tissue, located in the posterior part of the brain. They knew very well the hormone secreted by this Gland so intimately related to the development of the sexual organs; after maturity this Gland degenerates into fibrous tissues that do not secrete; then comes impotence; there exists in this only one exception: that of the gnostics. They, with Sexual Magic, preserve in activity their Pineal Gland and their Sexual function throughout their whole life. THE PINEAL GLAND IS THE CENTER OF INTUITIVE POLYVIDENCE. In the Heart, Intuition manifests itself as presentiments, but in the Pineal Gland, this presentiment is transformed into Intuitive images.

It is urgent that devotees practice the Powerful Mantra of Intuition. This Mantra is the following: “TRIIIIINNNNN…”; prolong the sound of the vowel “I” and the consonant “N”; give it an intonation similar to the bell.

The Student submerged in perfect meditation and with the mind blank should be flooded with a great SILENCE; then he will mentally vocalize the Sacred Mantra. This Mantra can be sung as many times as one wishes; after ten minutes of vocalization, suspend the vocalization of this Mantra, and continue indefinitely with the Mind Blank; when the Great Silence floods us, the EXPERIENCE OF THE GREAT REALITY comes to us.

Chapter XXII

Right perception and creative comprehension annihilate the causes of desire; when the mind escapes from the bottle of desire, it rises to the superior worlds; then comes the awakening of CONSCIOUSNESS.

Chapter 24: ARCANUM XXII

We are now going to study the Arcanum XXII of the Kabbalah. This arcanum is the CROWN OF LIFE; the Apocalypse says “BE FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH, AND I WILL GIVE THEE THE CROWN OF LIFE.” That is the difficult thing — finding people faithful to these studies. Everyone who gets into Gnosis immediately wants occult powers; that is the grave thing. People believe that the path of realization is like playing football or like entertaining ourselves with Tennis.

People have not yet learned to be serious. As a rule, people enter these studies with the disposition of obtaining powers in a few months, and when they see that patience and effort are required, then desperate, they leave in search of another school, and so they spend their life flitting from School to School, from Lodge to Lodge, from Center to Center, until growing old and dying without having achieved absolutely anything. That is Humanity. One can count on the fingers of the hands those who are truly serious and who are truly prepared for the practical Adeptship.

BELOVED DISCIPLES: You need to develop each of the TWENTY-TWO MAJOR ARCANA OF THE TAROT within yourselves. You are IMITATUS — that is, the one whom others have placed on the PATH OF THE RAZOR’S EDGE.

Strive to reach ADEPTUS; this is the product of his own works, he who conquers Science by himself, the Son of his own Work.

PRIMITIVE GNOSIS teaches three stages through which everyone who works in the Lighted Forge of Vulcan must pass; these are: PURIFICATION, ILLUMINATION, AND PERFECTION. It turns out that the curious ones who enter our Gnostic studies want Illumination immediately, unfoldings, faculties of Clairvoyance, practical Magism, etc., and when they do not obtain this immediately, then they withdraw. No one can arrive at illumination without having been first purified; only those who have attained Purification, Sanctity, can enter the room of Illumination.

There also exist many curious students (those who enter our studies out of pure curiosity) who want to be wise immediately. Paul of Tarsus says: “WE SPEAK WISDOM AMONG THE PERFECT.” Only those who have arrived at the third stage are Perfect; only among them can Divine Wisdom be spoken. In old Egypt of the Pharaohs these stages of the Path were known; within Occult Masonry, these are: APPRENTICES, COMPANIONS, AND MASTERS.

The candidates remained in the grade of Apprentices for seven years and even more; only when the HIEROPHANTS were completely sure of the Purification and Sanctity of the Candidate could the latter then pass to the second stage; the first faculty that the Candidate develops is that of the grade of hearers, Clairaudience and occult ear. Truly, only after seven years of Apprenticeship does Illumination begin; however, the Students believe that the powers are going to develop immediately, and when they see that the thing is serious, then they flee. That is the reality; it is very rare to find in life someone prepared for Adeptship.

The Crown of Life

The Innermost is not the CROWN OF LIFE. This has depths and is far beyond the Innermost.

The crown of Life is our Resplendent Dragon of Wisdom, the Inner Christ.

The Three Depths

The first depth is the origin of life; the second, the origin of the word; the third, the origin of the sexual force. These three depths of the resplendent Dragon of wisdom are beyond the Innermost. The latter must be sought within the unknown depths of oneself.

The Number Twenty-Two

The three depths of the RESPLENDENT DRAGON of Wisdom Emanated from the mathematical point; this is the Ain Soph, the inner Atomic Star that has always smiled upon us; the Holy Trinity emanated from this inner star; the three depths will return and fuse with this Inner Star. The number twenty-two is added Kabbalistically thus: 2 plus 2 equals: 4. The Holy three emanates from the Inner Star; the three plus its inner star is the Holy Four, the Mysterious TETRAGRAMMATON, the IOD HE VAU HE. Now we will understand why the Arcanum twenty-two is the crown of life. “BE FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH AND I WILL GIVE THEE THE CROWN OF LIFE.”

Blessed is the one who incarnates the Spirit of Wisdom. The Buddhas who do not renounce Nirvana can never Incarnate the COSMIC CHRIST.

He is far beyond the Inner Buddha. He must be sought within his unknown depths. He is the Gloriam, the incessant eternal breath profoundly unknown to himself, the Ray that unites us with the Absolute Abstract Space.

Hieroglyph

The Hieroglyph of the Arcanum twenty-two is the Crown of Life among the four mysterious animals of Sexual Alchemy; in the middle of the Crown is seen the truth represented by a naked Woman who has in each hand a wand (THE PRIEST AND THE PRIESTESS). Sexual Alchemy: only by working in the Lighted Forge of Vulcan can we INCARNATE THE TRUTH.

The Ark of the Covenant

The ARK had four cherubim that touched each other with their wings and were in the attitude of the Man and the Woman during the Sexual act. Within the Ark were the flowered Staff of Aaron, the cup or Omer containing the manna, the two tables of the Law, and the Manna contained in the Omer; the number 4 results from the addition of the 22 to itself.

The Inner Lodge

The first duty of every Gnostic is to make sure that the LODGE is under cover. In the grade of Apprentice, attention is concentrated especially on the Astral Plane. The INTERNAL LODGE must remain under cover; the astral body must be cleansed of animal passions and of every kind of desires. In the second Grade the mental Lodge must remain under cover; earthly thoughts must be cast out of the Temple. It is necessary to cover well the INTERIOR LODGE, to prevent Doctrines, persons, Demons, and things from penetrating within the Internal Sanctuary to sabotage the GREAT WORK.

In practice we have been able to see that apparently very serious students, when they were careless, when they did not know how to cover their Inner Lodge, were invaded by strange people and Doctrines; many times they continued working in the LIGHTED FORGE OF VULCAN, but they mixed methods and systems so different that the result of all this was then a true Babel, a barbarous confusion that only served to bring disorder to the INTERIOR LODGE OF THE CONSCIOUSNESS.

It is necessary to have the Interior Lodge in perfect order, the authentic School of Intimate Self-Education. We are absolutely sure that there exists only one gate and one path, Sex; everything else is to miserably waste time.

We are not against any Religion, School, Sect, Order, etc.; however, we firmly know that within the Individual Internal Lodge we must have an order so as to avoid confusions and error.

We have fulfilled this commission and feel satisfaction, for we believe to have served Humanity and ourselves.

To present a work of the importance of this one encourages us and prepares us for new services.

The doctrine of the Gnostics has never been to anyone’s taste.

The substantial content of this work is for a more advanced humanity, because the people of this barbarous epoch are not capable of understanding these things.
